Very friendly and efficient service

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Grace the audiologist who I saw was very professional, understanding, polite and explained everything clearly about the situation with my hearing. The tests I have had were well executed, however I did struggle with the American lady on the tape, I thought it would have been more appropriate to have an English accent. I now await my hearing aids.

Totally recommend Boots hearing service. No pressure explained the benefits of all the hearing aids from internally in the ear (hidden) which i chose and the normal over the ear. My audiologist Jonathan in Chester branch was great hope to have my hearing aid in the next few weeks !!!

I made an appointment that suited me & got a letter to say Boots can improve my times never heard from them rang them up and they booked me in for 21/9 at 10 they now emailed me and cancelled so obvously someone with money wants aids now been offered next Friday 5:30 which means I have to walk home 3 miles because my bus stops running at 5:45 - what rubbish Boots are

Jonathan’s care and explanation fitting me and my husband’s hearing aids. He was precise and kept us informed about the process at all times.

My appointment was on time. Jonathan explained everything clearly, the benefits and capabilities of my new Phonak hearing aids. Any questions I put forward were answered professionally, with great understanding of the product. I feel if I had any problems with my hearing aids, advice would be readily available.

My experience of having hearing aids fitted was made very easy by Amy, who was so friendly and pleasant from the start and led me through all the steps in a very competent way. Very impressed.

Amy made this a simple and pleasant experience for my 92 year old mum who had never had her hearing tested before. She was patient and understanding, listened to mum’s needs and used her knowledge and experience to guide us to make the right choice.

I was given the greatest help at the boots shop. I am enjoying wearing the hearing aids. My only complaint is that the letter to explain about your appointment arrived two days after the appointment not very helpful

I was encouraged to ask questions, all of which were answered in full.

There was no sense of rush.

Big shout out to Sharon Edwards on the Liz Earl counter at Boots Cheshire oaks.. I went in today to look for a new moisturiser Sharon was so helpful and full of knowledge about the products I had a mini facial and made some purchases.. another lady from
estee Lauder by the name of Carol came over to admire my skin the whole experience was first class. Thank you ladies for a great experience and I look forward to returning

Helpful staff. Good facilities. Got to try on a hearing aid, so I knew it was what I needed.

Grace was very efficient and couldn't have been more pleasant, when you are having something done that is new to you it helps to have someone who knows what they are doing and can put you at ease.

For anyone who is having problems with their hearing, worried, or feeling anxious I would highly recommend Amy at Boots hearing. What an absolute breath of fresh air this young lady is. Professional, knowledgeable, caring. Treated my mother like a person and not a number. She explained everything in detail. We have never left an appointment forgetting to ask a question, or feeling concerned. Nothing is too much trouble for Amy. So lovely to have a professional who is so invested in the absolute care of the individual.

A very helpful experience considering I was very reluctant to get hearing aids. Grace was patient and at no time did I feel under pressure to go ahead. I would recommend Boots Hearing Care at Chester

Jonathan was expert, intelligent and engaging. My appointment took a little less time than anticipated but he had time to discuss every aspect of the testing and sales process in detail.

Excellent, professional and supportive session. Was concerned about my hearing but Grace made this a positive and transformative experience.
Having assessed my hearing capabilities and tried on the hearing aids and then encouraged to go for a short walk to experience the difference and to assess the impact.

I then was talked the choices available and look forward to getting them fitted shortly.
