The whole experience with Ben Snowdon and Kelly at the Boots store, Queen Street Cardiff was totally pleasurable due to Ben and Kelly’s expertise and friendliness. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I went to Boots for a hearing test as a precaution and I found that after the test I did in fact have some hearing loss so I booked a follow up appointment for a longer more thorough test. It was discovered that I did need hearing aids. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and Naomi the audiologist was so friendly and helpful, explaining everything as we went along, Naomi even helped me choose the heating aids even down the the colour I could have. I was never under any obligation or pressure to purchase my hearing aids from Boots. Highly recommended.

Ben Snowdon, the audiologist was amazing! He put me at ease immediately, very professional, gave me plenty of options and choices for the hearing aids. He was very patient when showing me how to fit them.
