After signing up for a lifetime membership of the Boostly academy somewhat 4 years ago, Boostly has now gone against its promises. The Academy was the Academy, but since the major price hike for website hosting with 2 weeks' notice whilst the founder was away on a business trip he left all the carnage to his UK staff to deal with, bearing in mind we used to receive umpteen various notices for a zoom call, via email, facebook, WhatsApp etc this was a hard pill to swallow, the original price was £10 per month, which then changed to £25 and the the straw that broke the camels back £97 per month, WOW! So if you don't agree to pay the monthly hosting fees you are booted from the academy. Luckily I also bought the do-it-yourself website, which I altered to suit my needs, there are still some Boostly members out there without a website. We were also promised that we would receive all the info from the Boostly vault if we did not agree to the new monthly rate, this has yet to be received. Boostly was an online community, not now! Even the long-standing Facebook moderators have been removed from the group as they are uncomfortable with the price increase and general feeling in the group, shame on Boostly ! Not to be trusted. The passion and love within the community is no longer present, this has been overtaken by greed. Anything posted negative towards Boostly and they will have it removed. Please do not fall for the false promises of Boostly.

Boostly ran a hugely insightful virtual summit this week.
Global speakers offered nuggets of their knowledge and experience to showcase what they can offer those in the STR sector who are either looking to scale their business or, like me, owning and award winning business and wants to keep abreast of opportunities to optimise my operation. It’s a very fast moving world with so many options.
So for these businesses giving their time to clarify their offers and share their expertise is invaluable .

I was part of the community for years, and even won a free website, which turned into, why not build me a big one! A year later and a 3rd draft, I was shocked at what they'd produced. You had one job. You didn't deliver and it took a year! So glad I got my refund.

Enjoyed the Roasting of the listings because when you set up your STR and it is all ready to go, other people see it differently. Having a fresh set of eyes on your property is always a bonus.
FYI the month of November is not good for me as a Canadian. January is much better for me on my calendar.

I cannot say enough bad things about this company. From handing us off to 3 different project leads, to ghosting us for weeks at a time, to not fixing things they said they would fix, to charging us hosting fees for an unfinished website for months, to not completing our project for 11 months (yes, it's STILL not done)....please do not go with them. You will be terribly disappointed, and frustrated

This service is absolutely terrible! I had to deal with at least 3 onboarding agents due to them quitting, being sick, or coming up with whatever excuse. It took them at least 2 months longer than promised to go live. After 9 months, there's been no improvement. They take far too long to respond to problems, there's no way to reach them by phone, only email, and their website design is subpar. I had to repeatedly request design changes that even a novice wouldn't miss. I strongly advise against using them and completely regret my choice. I initially believed they were the best, but that's far from reality.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We have paid them over $6,500 for their services which is supposed to include customer service for 1 year after purchase. They created our site far outside their window of "8-12 weeks" which didn't display pricing, won't connect correctly to Hospitible, and the URL doesn't work and on top of everything they decided to change their monthly subscription from $62 (which was in the contract I signed) to $97. When the $97 was not paid they took our website down in which they were supposed to hand over to us. Their response time is awful, and when they do respond it is incredibly un-useful. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
