I was worried about buying boots online as I have a notoriously difficult time finding shoes & boots to fit my wide feet. I read other reviews & trusted the process and they have been in my house less than 10 minutes, & 5 of that was taking photos of the beautiful packaging & them on my feet to post photos to family and friends... .. Woop Woop. I am a size 9 so purchased the 40/9 and I wasn't sure if I would receive a floppy normal wellie size fitting or a regular boot fitting. The lining in the Bog photos looked thick & this also affected my judgement but I went ahead anyway. I put on thin cotton socks and the boots fitted like a glove, you know I mean boot but you get the idea. They are firm to wear without being tight. There is the usual little bit at the front and are perfect. If you are looking for a floppy wellie you will need to adjust your sizing. But I love, love love them. Tomorrow will be a dog walk in long grass so I can check them out in action. Thank you Bog xx

Hele slechte ervaring. Meerdere malen contact proberen te zoeken. Geen reactie en er is geen mogelijkheid om te mailen of bellen. Kan alleen via contactformulier. Betaald maar nooit een bestelling ontvangen. Niks bestellen want geld is weg.

I bought a set of Bogs on jan 31 2024. Used less than 10 times over the spring and summer in lake water while canoeing. Last use in august 2024 I noticed the logo peeling off. Nov 2024 I noticed the one boot neoprene seam coming undone and some delamination on both boots at the cuff to lower juncture. Dec 02 2024 returned to place of purchase. Signifigant attitude , was told bogs would likely do nothing as boots a year old. I corrected lady and said look at purchase date, its ten months. I will let store deal with issue. If it goes nowhere i will go after bogs myself. Glad i hung onto original box and receipt. Muck boots and now Bogs boots are now on my do not purchase again list.

I received a pair of the Bogs Stewart clogs for my birthday from friends (interstate).
I wore the clogs outside on 3 short trips into the garden and noticed the sole/heel missing?
I also haven't been able to find it?
I contacted Bogs via email and added photos to see if I could get a replacement sole, and that's when the hard work began with many emails????
They will not help in any way unless I give them the receipt? I explained that they were a gift from friends for my birthday, Jan 2024, and without a receipt, they insist on my friends contact details?
For a cheap pair of clogs, I'm not going to embarrass my friends telling them they brought me a dodgy present, and they certainly would not be happy me handing over their contact details.
I didn't ask for a replacement pair or refund, just a bit of rubber. I was happy to glue on myself.
For a simple cheap replacement heel/sole that I need, they certainly are not been helpful or thankful for the feedback on this faulty product.
I would not recommend the quality of this product or the help I have received.

Purchased initially in 2017 and received A1 quality boot. Since then have ordered and had to get replacement and or refund. Purchased again in 2022 only to have the boot open up after 6 weeks. Bought another pair quickly while waiting on refund- identical pair and the exact same thing happened.

Sent images and request to refund or replace to be told they won't

Clearly the parent company Weyco group that bought Bogs are running cheap manufacturing standards and have a terrible consumer confidence rating

Off to give my money to Merry People for their boots

Pure fraud, I ordered three pair of Bogs and after a long time. I received a pair of fake Gucci sunglasses. Don't order here

I absolutely love how my big boots fit, especially within the first couple of weeks. Then, the heel starts wearing out at the seam, once the seams wear through, the padding quickly erodes and wears out my socks. I took my first pair of boots back to the store where I bought them. They were gracious and exchanged for a new pair, one time only.
Now, my new pair has worn through the seams creating a divot and is wearing out all my new socks at the heel.
I tried some rubber boots that had no seams at the heel, the fabric liner was molded (or glued) directly to the form of the boot they didn’t wear my socks out but cracked and leaked so that was not the answer to the problem either.
This time of year is very wet and I often have to wade through tall grass and standing water to get anywhere beyond my house. I need adequate protection to get around outside…this is why I bought my first pair of Bogs. Now the second pair has failed me too.
I am sad and a bit upset. I’m on a fixed income and can’t buy a new pair of boots 2 to 3 times a year during the wet seasons. I am trying to think of a way that I can repair the holes in the heels without causing further complications but haven’t implemented any of my ideas yet. I thought about propping the boots with the heel down and toes up and putting flex seal in the heel hole and covering them with some sort of fabric barrier that would allow my foot to slide in and out without putting such a strain on my spendy wool socks. I’m hoping you might be able to give me some ideas for repair or replacement but I don’t have a lot of confidence in the integrity of the material.

I purchased a pair of bogg Boots to walk my dogs in the winter. I live on Vancouver Island where we have a lot of rain and was looking for something to keep my feet dry walking in the neighborhood. The first pair of boots didn't even last 4 months of winter and the seams were leaking in water where they had split. Since they had a one year warranty I was shipped a replacement pair. I have had the replacement pair for less than 3 months and the seam is split on the left boot. Save yourself the money and go with a different brand. There is no quality with bogg.

after wearing my Boggs insulated bots 2 seasns, cold fall temperatures the material just above the rubber boot itself, wore out and ended up with a tear in the front of the boots just above the rubber. The strip of rubber that goes all the way to the top of the back of the boot was cracked. THey boast having a temperature rating of -50degrees celcius, but that is totally false aas my feet were cold at zero degrees. Weraing them in the cold fall temoerature 2 seasons and this occurs as well as complete discolration of the rubber is unacceptable seein as they cost $175.00 Canadian. A warantee of one year jand no flexibility just shows what kind of company they are. Quality is bad and custmer service is worse. Don t deserve repiutation they have earned

Constant issues with trying to pay with a credit card. They continue to authorize payment on my card and then say there is an error(which there is not, confirmed with CC company). Tried 10 times, causing a hold of over $1000 and still no boots. Took a week to remove the hold and tried to pay through PayPal as they directed and the same issue occurred. No offer of support. Extremely frustrated. Will not be ordering again.

The heel of boots wore off way too fast, abnormal

Siziing is tight, it actually cannot put on socks with ordered boots. Too costly to return, so I go scokless.
Would hesitate to buy again

Took money for payment but no order confirmation received. They now claim I have not made an order and have offered no solution to the problem. I will need to sort it out myself with PayPal.

I purchased Bogs short water boots but they came with a minor problem & I reported to Bogs Canada and action was taken promptly to resolve the issue. I am truly impressed & would highly recommend!

Purchased Bogs boots in March 2022, in July 2022 I reported to them that the seam pulled apart so no longer weather proof. They gave me big discount to purchase again ! I did like an idiot. And again seam pulled apart not deeming them worthy in the wet weather. Will never ever purchase again. Boots are crap. Probably made in China

Be aware, bogs canada website is 'very sensitive' when trying to pay with credit card. Continuously authorizes amount owing each time you press checkout while trying to figure out error! Never did get to order boots but had credit card preauthorized 5 x equaling over 850$.
Worst part is they know about the problem but haven't fixed it! They just say use pay pal!

Bought a pair of bog's wellington boots,they looked good and sturdy but after using them once a day for three months the right hand seam on the right boot started to split , turns out paying for a name doesn't guarantee quality

I purchased $150 Bogs boots in March of 2021 for spring and fall outdoor walking, and one of the boots already shows a significant defect. There is a big hole on the side of one of the boots, making water go through, thereby completely defeating the purpose of the boots being waterproof (I purchased them to be able to walk in rainy conditions especially).

I thought I was paying for good, long-lasting quality when purchasing these boots, but I guess I was wrong. I will never purchase Bogs products again, nor will I ever recommend their products to friends and family.

I purchased a pair of Boggs Welles. A month out of warranty and they leak at the seam, £80 and just a years medium seasonal use.
I would not recommend. I sent pictures to the company and they advise wear snd tear. I only wore them walking the dog one winter season. Poor value and the company felt wear and tear. One expensive season. I’d had Dunlop for 15 years not a leak ever.
