They did an excellent job creating a fun, near-likeness of my step-daughter in a graduation gown and cap. The eyes, hair, face, and skin tone are all spot on!

I ordered a bobblehead for my brother and paid extra for speedy shipping. It took nearly a month for them to even ship it, it arrived really late, and the quality was laughably horrific. The strings on the guitar looked like frosting a child had squeezed onto a cookie. The lines are super crooked and it looks like nobody even tried to make it look good. Seriously looks like a toddler made this out of play dough. The head itself is pretty good, but the entire guitar is terrible and ruins the rest of it. There was also a small dog added at the base, which I did not order and had no idea where it even came from. It wasn't in the initial mockup they sent. Just unbelievably terrible quality. I will never order from this site again.

Communication was great. We really appreciated that we were sent a proof prior to finalizing the project, in case changes were made. We suggested some minor changes and were very happy with how the final product came out. We will be recommending this to all our family and friends.

I love the fact that they show you details of the product thats been made before it's finished, incase of any changes, and a great job it was. Wording on the item was misspelt, emailed them to let them know, and was handled well. Thsnkyou.

the statue that was sent was never approved by me before they shipped it...when I received it there was absolutely NO RESEMBLANCE to the photo I sent them. It was a joke!!!

I’m very pleased with the process. I was involved in every step of this bobble head, some pictures to show where they were asking if I want to make any changes. They listen to me until the item was completed. Packaging was immaculate and the bubblehead was protected through shipping. I highly recommend this site.

No refund so what you get is what you get. Didn't even look one bit like my wife or my self. Worst decision...but they suck you in with the matches of people and their bobbleheads....don't waste your money and time.

5 STAR Review!!! We ordered one for our best golfing buddies who was celebrating his 64th birthday. We could not have found a more perfect gift! The bobblehead artist captured our friend’s personality and facial detail to a “T”. He was overwhelmed by the likeness and it had the whole clubhouse cafe in hysterics…all wanting to know where we had it made. This company worked with me through several changes that were done fairly quickly, considering the work that it entailed. Communication back in forth was great. Shipping took another 10 days or so. The production process took about 4 weeks, but that was due the changes that I had requested; so plan accordingly. They detailed everything from the Dallas Cowboy hat and to adding our Country Club logo on the shirt! Amazing! Buy one and you’ll want another. It’s a gift that you’ll love for a lifetime!

I was so excited to use this company after reading wonderful reviews!
We bought this to surprise my Aunt for her 99th Birthday! I asked if they could meet the deadline so it would arrive on time. No response.

Sadly, her birthday has come and gone. Still no bobble head. I've reached out several times and when I finally received an answer, I was told they sent proof emails weeks ago. Not true!

I have not received the product or a refund. Or any sort of updates.

So disappointed.....
