I was very impressed with the bobblehead I ordered. The skills and craftsmanship in making it are impressive and deserve praise. However, I was not completely satisfied with the hair and hat that was made for it. Mine was wearing a safari hat instead of a cowboy hat and, being from Texas….that’s a problem, lol. But overall it’s a great purchase and we are happy! Tracking the package was a bit vague...simply said it's in the US. lol....nothing like FedEx or UPS. It was very nicely packaged...lots of padding to make sure it was not damaged during shipping! And a quick delivery time considering it's coming from abroad.

Buyer beware! Ordered it 12/16 with express order to be here before Xmas. Got an email after Xmas with proofs. Asked for corrections. 4 days to respond. It’s 1/2/25 and still not even done. Asked for a refund. They said only 60% and they didn’t do the job timely. SCAMMERS

I admit that I was leery about ordering a custom bobble head for my granddaughter for Christmas but I couldn’t be more pleased after receiving my bobble head. This is a FANTASTIC gift and looks so much like my baby. My husband was absolutely SHOCKED at how AWESOME the likeness is. I got a custom softball bobble next one will be a custom basketball bobble. You will not be disappointed, these bobble heads are spot on! We absolutely LOVE ours, you’ll love yours too!

Bobblehead looked nothing like photo submitted. Not even close! I understand it wouldn't be an exact match, it looks like some random person. They refuse to refund or partially refund. Rip Off!

We had two bobble head figures made and we are extremely pleased with the results!
The artistry is excellent and we had several chances to review and change our design. The models arrived very quickly perfectly packaged.
