I have ordered and requested parts information on several occasions I have always received polite and informative answers. Today I received the wrong part (It was off 1 number) when I called they quickly sent me a return label and two day shipped the correct parts with no hassle. Called trying to source just a couple of o ring gaskets for an old motor. Chad was unbelievably helpful and patient ! Got what I needed and alot of good information. Customer service like I haven't seen in 50 years !! Seriously.

I ordered 4 small parts, 1lb, for a lower unit install and paid extra for expedited shipping. What did they do? They sent it USPS Ground - yes, the Postal Service...the slowest of them all. I'm only 350 miles away from their GA distribution center, and this order is going to take 4 days to arrive at the earliest. I will NEVER do business with this scam company again! 2 days until I do the job and now I have to order the parts elsewhere because boats.net can't do anything about it. What a joke!

Needed to order an existing part to my order when I called at the opening time and was notified that is was already shipped despite ordering the night before. Boats.net is very quick about processing and shipping when parts are in stock and love each individual I have talked to. I talked to the Associate George who was very good about letting me ordering another part to my order as I needed to get it shipped quickly and he did that very well. Clean and simple with no hassle. George like others who I have called at Boats.net provide the best quality customer service

Their web site specifically states "5 pack" for cotter pin part# 95295. But you only get one. It does not say it's for one cotter pin. It says a "5 pack". I can count. Apparently Boats.net can't. I'll deal with anyone else but them from now on.
