Great communication very friendly and fast payment. The guy who collected my vehicle was polite and friendly and got the job done well considering he was on his own and had to push my car to the lorry. Would have no problem referring them on to other customers.

Rang up was given a price and the car was collected the next day, totally professional, my email from them told me that I HAD to ring them while the collection driver was still there or payment could be delayed, so as I was recovering from throat cancer surgery and couldn't speak very well, the salvage driver made the call for me and sorted everything

Efficient and fast. Their communication is clear and sensible, and it's really really good to have agents available to speak to on the phone who know what they're talking about (and are clearly based in the UK). Very little waiting time when I phoned too.
