Avoid this company they are dishonest
I have thought long and hard whether to post this review but I think I should to save other customers from going through the same as me
I would highly recommend not buying from this company they are deceitful
My first time using this company I always use another company local to this one and I have received perfect service from them but NOT THIS COMPANY
I purchased 2 items last weekend to around the value of £75 I received an email on 14 th to say they had been despatched I was provided with a tracking number that showed no history
Tuesday and weds came and I received no order Thursday came I contacted them I received a blunt message back saying they had been sent on 16 th , this was different to what the email said I was told I was told the items were out for delivery that day ( Thursday ) this date came and no order arrived as well as there being no information on the tracking I contacted blush on Facebook Instagram and email where I was ignored all day after me trying to contact them all day Friday I received a
Facebook message from them saying one of the items had been sent out THAT DAY ( FRIDAY ) I was then informed one of the items was waiting for stock so basically 7 points to look at her and offer me a 10% discount code !!
I would never ever order from them again and I certainly do not want any discount code from them !!!!
1-THEY SELL ITEMS THEY DO NOT HAVE INSTOCK
2- THEY PROVIDE TRACKING DETAILS WHICH ARE UNTRUE AS NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT
3- THEY SEND EMAILS WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THEM
4- THEY COMPLETELY LIE TELLING ME THE ITEMS HAD BEEN SENT 2 DAYS AFTER THE EMAIL
5- THEY THEN IGNORE ANY CONTACT
6- THEY THEN FINALLY RESPOND COMPLETELY CONTRADICT OTHER INFORMATION THEY HAVE SENT
7-THEY KEEP MONEY FOR STOCK
THEY DO NOT HAVE
they are now ignoring me and withholding my money so I am now going to contact trading standards to expose this dishonest company
I will be staying with the one company I do use who give perfect honest friendly service who are in the same area as these SCAMMERS !

Iv bought from blush for years, love the items and always feel great in everything Iv bought. If I have ever had an issue it is dealt with promptly by the customer service team. Brilliant place to buy from

Item was poor quality with material coming away from the stitching after minimal wear. Contacted the company via their online form on July 29th. No response received so followed up with a direct email and a message on Facebook. I have yet to receive a response to any of my contact attempts despite it being almost two weeks since my first one.

Clearly happy to take money but not to deal with issues arising for poor quality products. I have since ordered similar items from Amazon of all places and the quality was far superior.

I much prefer supporting a smaller local business but in this case, I would recommend avoiding. If you are lucky enough not to have an issue with your item, you should be fine. But they are clearly more concerned with posting daily videos and pictures of themselves advertising products than dealing with customer service issues.

Always a quick delivery any issues with the order they call or email to keep you updated

Arrival was quick. Product poor quality. Already developing a hole!

Navy jumpsuit. Great quality and fit. Can be dressed up or down to suit occassion.

The quality of the clothing is very poor. 2 of the 3 dresses oordered dont have adjustable straps so im going to have to fix that. One dress is longer on one side than the other and that is not a design feature. One is very scratchy fabric. I guess you get what you pay for.

Received 2 pairs of balloon/genie trouser on Saturday. Black pair had a tag green pair nothing! Incredibly creased so washed them to avoid ironing! When I went to get them off the line the black pair had an amazing finish. The green had loose threads, and a hole. I messaged the store and am awaiting a response! I’m gutted as I don’t buy from Facebook posts and trusted the Essex ladies!! Hope they rectify this issue. Clearly I received returned trousers Hense no tag, the bad finish and hole!

Always good quality and delivered on time

Recently bought some trousers for a holiday. Tried them on, loved them so ordered more. Wore the orginal pair once, put in wash and they're already falling apart. Holes and stitching coming a part. I contacted company but have had no response.

Annoyingly I have another order of these same trousers on the way.

I ordered a top but it was too big. I returned it on 2nd June and have not had any updates or a refund yet. I’ve emailed them twice, and they answered saying it is still in transit? The ema also said I’d have to wait another 7 days after, if, they receive it, while the website says 7 days before processing a refund. So sick of websites like these. Will not be ordering anything from them again

Item I ordered was out of stock. I had also purchased a second ‘make the postage worthwhile item’ which they had shipped prior to notifying me about the primary garment.
However, they honoured their agreement and refunded postage for return of the add on item. Communication was clear and prompt. I could not have asked for more from a distance seller.

Nice trousers , colour as expected. Size correct and lovely quality.
