My experience with Blue World Pool’s has been good. The ionizer works very well. It keeps the water clear, adding only 1 gallon of bleach per week. It has been easy to maintain. The service department has been easy to work with.

They handled the situation with professionalism They sent the wrong parts but they made it better by sending the new parts.

Each time I have called service about a water test or needed chemicals I got an immediate answer and the agent was polite and helpful!

From start to finish if we had questions someone was available to assist us. We've only had to replace a liner due to a rip and then bought a new liner when we moved which went smoothly.

We had pool installed Sept 2025, too late to use it before winterizing it. We uncovered it early May 2026. So impressed with the clarity of the water after taking the cover off and with these ease of getting it up and running again. Water is sparkling clear and we are loving it already on some of these hot days in NC. Definitely recommend for ease of install and both start and end of winter. Excited for the summer! 😎☀️
