I wanted to buy something the moment I got to the door. The pots of flowers looked beautiful, so much choice, and when I went in it just got better. I could have spent a fortune. They had a lot of offers with a blue diamond card. I got 2 for 1 on bird feed. I also bought from the clothes and shoe department. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I got to the till, I couldn't find my card. The lady on the till said they were unable to look it up on their system anymore, but didn't want me to miss out. She spent some time helping me find it online in the portal on my phone. I appreciated that; it saved me money, which is always good. I enjoyed the time I spent in there.

Another great day out at Melbicks garden centre,a good range of plants and shrubs at competitive prices and a cup of tea if you want one.

We had a lovely time at Blackdown Garden Centre last Tuesday afternoon.
We brought my Granddaughter along she is a teenager and enjoys looking around we can always find something to brighten her day .
Once again the Restaurant was outstanding excellent service as always.

Went for breakfast with family. Lovely meal and service was excellent.There are a lot of young servers at the weekends but they are very well trained and polite. It is my go to place at Springfields.

The shop was cool , tidy and well laid out. Good selection of plants outside which looked cared for , not left to wither in the heat. Plenty of staff around for advice.
Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.
Very large parking area with generous sized bays so you can open the doors and boot to get all your plants safely stowed for the journey home.

Great garden centre. Many different plants to choose from that are well looked after and plenty of options when it comes to gifts and houseplants too.

I absolutely love going to this garden centre. There is so much to see and buy the clothes are absolutely amazing so are the shoes and the bags. It’s a lovely experience as well. I also thoroughly enjoy going to the lovely themed coffee shop to have a nice cappuccino and a beautiful piece of cake. I have also eaten in the restaurant part of the garden centre which is also extremely good.

East Bridgford Garden Centre is a great place to go to eat and shop for all types of garden items and plants, clothes, gifts and food items including an excellent butcher. We spent a lovely afternoon there.

I was informed by Calor that I could return a patio gas canister to Redfields. A Blue Diamond Garden Centre. They suggested I phone before going so I did. The phone rang all the time with no one answering. I decided to drive there with my phone on hands free. It took me 20 minutes to get there with the phone ringing all the time. I arrived at the help desk to be met by a sign saying please go to the tills for help. I saw someone behind the counter and said to them I wanted to return the canister. They told me that I couldn’t. They insisted that they hadn’t been a Calor dealer in years. I had bought the canister from them before. I asked where I could dispose of it and was met with a blank gaze. Eventually one of the staff suggested the tip and told me that their phone hadn’t been ringing for the last 20 minutes and that they didn’t have a customer help desk anymore. 1) Why list a telephone number online for Redfields if no one will answer it? 2) Why tell me I could take the canister to the tip when I have found out I can’t? 3) Why not have a place to refer me to, to return the canister when I had bought it from them before? I can’t have been the only person who bought a canister from them to be returning it to them. 4) why is there no customer service? Are customers not important? Do you just want their money and then anything after that is “not my problem?”

We usually make a quick visit when we're in the area. I needed compost, so went straight to the tills and a lovely girl sorted out our payment and a helpful young man came to load our car, it made it so easy not having to take the compost all through the store to pay for it.

I recently visited Canterbury Chartham Garden Centre with the intention of purchasing a few David Austin roses and (Harkness *not stocked) June is usually the perfect time to view and buy roses, so I was really looking forward to the visit.

Unfortunately, I was completely shocked by what I found. The condition of the roses was extremely poor—dry, under-watered, and showing clear signs of disease & stress, including black spot, Rose Rust, yellowing leaves, and faded, dead blooms. There was a large amount of stock, but much of it appeared old and as though it had been sitting there for quite some time.

Given the premium price and reputation of these roses, I expected them to be well cared for and properly maintained. Sadly, this was not the case at this particular Blue Diamond garden centre.

A very disappointing experience and such a shame to see.

Found everything I needed and a lovely experience walking round

Always like going to the garden centre for a cup of tea. Had lunch yesterday,although the heat was diabolical inside the dining area the staff we spoke to were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although there was one presumeably the supervisor? could have help the rest out in the heat. The food was extremely good and large portions. Well done ladies. Thank you

We visited the Trentham centre for the first time and found it to be well up to the excellent standard we are used to, but using the trick of making it difficult to get to the exit without having another full tour of every department is most annoying and needs reviewing.

This is a review for their restaurant. No aircon. Jacket potato cane without any butter at all, a tiny side salad that was brown at the edges. No taste to the meal, very disappointing, and fairly expensive

Great all round experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Wonderful choice of clothes, quality plants delicious scones and tea. Well worth a visit

I gave Percy Throwers 5 stars been loads of times spent loads but it seems they have fined us £60.00 for staying more than 3 hours. We have been to many of their GC but NOW THEY CAN GO AND STUFF THEMSELVES We are never going to another of their stores again never spending one penny.
And I don't want apology from you You have lost our business if this is how we are treated.

Beckworth Emporium is a great place. The restaurant is excellent food of the highest quality and value for money. The food hall is superb. The plant are fantastic quality and these a reasonable range to choose from. The garden furniture and bbq equipment is of the highest quality. All round a great place to shop and eat. Well worth a visit.

A lovely place to visit. The Garden Centre is a riot of colour with an extensive selection of plants, everything you would need,including garden furniture, barbecues and lovely accessories.
The food hall is truly wonderful with a great selection of cheese, meats, pastries, cakes and chocolates as well as lovely gift items.
The clothing selection was very tempting and I will return for the Autumn range and also to do Christmas shopping.
Had a wonderful day out with good coffee and a very nice lunch in a spacious air conditioning restaurant.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
