Bloom flowers used a grocery store to send a green plant to my sister when I ordered a basket of flowers. I paid 100.00 for a green grocery store plant. Terrible company. No satisfaction. I issued a dispute with my credit card company. Lesson learned. Don’t make my mistake.

Made an order on Monday for delivery Wednesday, they had 3 days to prepare it and they told me guaranteed delivery before 12 and obviously I’m writing this review because I didn’t get it. I see an absurd amount of reviews of people having the same problem. If your companies purpose is to make bouquets and deliver them, and you don’t do that what’s the point of existing you aernt even doing what you were created to do. At least they gave a refund with no compensation for wasting my time.

Horribly advertised. This is not a business that’s built on any moral ground or integrity. Horrible communication with its customers providing no tracking or updates. No a new delivery date will not work for mine and my wife’s anniversary.

Big scammer, never delivered and the refund amount was $0.00 for a $200.00 order.

Very disappointing experience with Blooms Today. The customer service was horrible—the representative was rude and unhelpful.

This has happened to me more than once. You order an arrangement shown online, only to find out at the last minute that it needs a substitution. If the arrangements aren’t actually available, they shouldn’t be advertised as such.

I would strongly recommend ordering flowers elsewhere.

I have ordered blooms today, several times with through Groupon, my sister just sent me the flower she got they are absolutely beautiful and very fresh I'm very happy with them

On time, flower are fresh and beautiful, cute bear, beautiful balloons, card amazing happy with this order.

I am so embarrassed they never sent the flowers to my bosses mother’s funeral do not use them. They’re the worst company ever.

Horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I ordered flowers for a death in the family and the flowers never arrived. I paid extra for them not ones that I received any communication. I called them and they said everything was on track. That was another lie. Horrible company stay away. ridiculous nobody wanted to help. Nobody knew what they were doing or talking about.

I placed my order and than looked at the reviews and was nervous after reading but they delivered my order before noon , the flowers were beautiful. My wife loved them ! Great service

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a premium-sized, beautiful arrangement, but what arrived looked like a handful of low-quality flowers my niece could have pulled from my backyard. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture and was easily a third of the size I actually paid for—they didn't even use the correct flowers. To top it all off, the delivery was a disaster. Despite paying for same-day delivery, the driver didn't even leave until 9 hours later. They then called the recipient to ask for a gate code, ruining the surprise, even though I explicitly stated in the order that there was no gate code. I will never use this company again and highly recommend avoiding them.

I wish I could live 2 lives, just so I can live the second one writing bad reviews for this company all day, every day. I ordered flowers at 8am to deliver by 3, I agreed to pay the same day fee, hoping they would live up to their end of it. Of course, they did not.
I called them at 12:20 to get an update, they said it's on time to deliver between 12 and 3. I called again at 2:21 they said it will be in by the end of the business day by 5pm, I told them that the office where the flowers are going closes at 5, and that I paid extra to have it delivered by 3.
They seemed upset that I was calling eventhough the order was not technically late yet LOL
At 2:24 I received an email that the order was out for delivery so I felt relieved thinking it would be delivered soon. 2 hours later, still no delivery. I called in once again demanding someone call the delivery person to get an ETA. Nobody got back to me with the ETA.
They ruined my day, and my friend's birthday. I hope this company goes bankrupt, I wil tell everyone I know not to use them and I hope others here who wrote the reviews will do so as well. I can not imagine how this company stays afloat with such horrible service and customer feedback, assuming it's a front for something else.

The floral delivery was fine. I have no complaints about that however they signed me up for a subscription that I was unaware of and I just found out today after my order was done in October that they’ve been taking $10 a month out of my account after finding out I told them I wanted to cancel and a refund they refunded me $40 and then charge me an additional 25 just to refund me.

I ordered flowers on Friday for a funeral the following Monday. On Monday I received notification that the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. They had not arrived. I called to let them know. They again said they were sent to the flower room. After waiting an hour, they still didn’t arrive. I was refunded the full amount. I asked for an explanation. What happened? Where are the flowers? Who signed for the delivery? Who was the local florist? No response. So disappointed. I thought since I was directed to this company from the obituary that they were a reputable company. Big mistake.

Terrible! I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. Paid extra for same day 3:00 pm delivery. Three hours late and the flowers were NOWHERE near what was pictured. I would not have paid $60.00 for them not to mention 149.00. Lesson learned. Buy local!

Charged $135 for a funeral arrangement that NEVER arrived. Called to complain and was promised a refund that was NEVER issued. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I only wish I had had the brains enough to read reviews of this establishment before I ordered and paid over $100 for flowers to be delivered for my best friends memorial Celebration of Life today. This lousy operation should be shut down permanently. They are the worst of the worst. I ordered and paid for an arrangement for this event over two weeks in advance. To be delivered the day before the actual memorial celebration. To be delivered to the venue where the event was taking place. I did that to insure they’d be there. They did NOT arrive!! I called immediately and blew my stack, all they said was they were not able to deliver. Never got a call or notification of any kind. All they said was could deliver tomorrow, what the heck good would that do………the day after the memorial celebration???? After giving them over 2 weeks to prepare this order they couldn’t get it there?? They deserve to go out of business!! They ruined a celebration of life event, A DEAD INDIVIDUAL!! How evil can any company be, I ask you?? I’m so unbelievably angry, disappointed and frustrated and they just get away with doing this stuff to people. DISGUSTING 🤮 TELL EVERYONE AND ANYONE…….DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FOR ANY REASON, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM BLOOMS TODAY, THEY WILL DISAPPOINT AND RUIN YOUR EVENT.

OMG what a rip off! The flowers delivered to my best friend were cheap, wilted, and the weirdest color of brown instead of purples. The basket should have been large and rectangular. wWhat was received was a small round basket that looked like it was used for an Easter egg hunt! So much money for the WORST arrangement I have ever seen. Serves me right for not checking out the similarly horrible reviews this sham of a company has received.

They failed the deliver the flowers. Their customer service is atrocious. Their timely response to request for status and delivery are fraudulent. It takes undo amounts of patience to sit through and finally get a call back and when you get a human, they’re not really responsive. One star is an over rate of this company. If there were negative stars, I would give them -5.
