I detest pampas gras (if that’s what it was) I mean the ghastly grass that looks like a horses tail.
I didn’t use it and think it detracts from the mostly other great flowered. Unfortunately a genera was snapped about 4cm from the bloom. Usually your flowers are GREAT.

I ordered a bouquet for my cousin’s 60th. She lives in an isolated village in rural Wales… she says she had never seen anything so fabulous!

Problem with delivery I am unable to update the address postcode which resulted in previous deliveries being one And two days late

My flowers always arrive in excellent condition and on time. I like using Bloomon because they send unusual flowers and on tall stems so I can trim the stalks and arrange them. They always make a wonderful display.
Highly recommended.

Veel bloemen geplet, met kapotte bladeren, roos laat bij het uitpakken al 4 bladeren los, een halve gerbera, lelies hebben waarschijnlijk ook klem gezeten want met allemaal rare bruine strepen. Bloemen lijken ook minder vers dan ik in het verleden gewend was toen bloomon de bloemen niet met postnl verzond. Dat er bij binnenkomst al een heel aantal bloemen kapot zijn vind ik echt teleurstellend.

We’ve been a regular subscriber to Bloomon ever since we discovered them at Kings Place in London. That was years ago and we still look forward to receiving fresh flowers from them.
We miss the little cards that used to tell us the names of some of the more unusual flowers. These have been replaced by suggestions of how to be more creative with each delivery but we think there is a place for identifying what’s been included. Bloomon, could you add this to the website as a feature or perhaps email customers the details of what’s included in the delivery.

Our Bloomon deliveries arrive each month delivered by the same friendly DHL driver which is nice. But it would be good for someone in Bloomon to have a word with DHL because they do turn the boxes the wrong side up along the way and the water pours out the top of the box when it reaches us.

Love the variety of flowers each month. Bloomon goes to great lengths to ensure there is always an element of surprise - a Wow factor!

Excellent fresh flowers with interesting sculptural shapes and a range of scales.
Sometimes the bouquets seem a bit too similar and colour combinations very predictable often orange and purple in my experience....
