Our Enquiry Line - 0330 912 4800 is only at the standard rate of your phone provider, there are no extra charges on this line.
I can confirm we do not charge 65p per minute on any of our phone lines, it does depend on what your phone provider charges. We do advertise online and in our catalogue the charges of our phone lines if there is one.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I have been ordering flowers from Bloom for years. Always the highest quality and great customer service until now. What has happened??? Wrong flowers delivered. What I had ordered was missing and received different flowers instead. Emailed to say last week and no response. Have called every day and no answer on any line ( customer service or order line). What's going on??? The quality has also gone down hill and look less real than they used to. Please I just want to sort out and get what I ordered not to mention hive back flowers that might belong to someone else!

Customer service do not answer, just on hold for over an hour listening to dreadful music on a loop!
Ordered on the 5th March, still awaiting delivery information.
Simply AWFUL…..Avoid at all costs.

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered during lockdown and never received the item. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and recently tried another order. Not received it - tried to organise a refind but no response. Tried emailing amd calling - no response. Terrible. Avoid!

Half price offer tempted me to order.
Expensive delivery charge (£6.95) with no exemption for generous spend which is fairly unusual.
After this large delivery payment took over a week to deliver.
