Whatever you do, do not use this company. They are dishonest and will blame you if you do not receive your items. I showed them proof that I did not receive these items and they have kept my money. Do not risk it!

Fixtures provided don't line up with instructions, instructions are the most unclear thing I've ever received and the website provides no further info.
Blind would probably be lovely...if they could actually provide decent enough instructions for a beginner to install.

I had inadvertantly given the wrong drop when placing order. Contacted blinds4uk, problem sorted, whew! Excellent customer service. Delighted with the quality of my new blind and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They supplied blinds with a drop of 2.5m with chains only 1m long, and one of the chains was broken when I unwrapped it.
They claimed that I need to supply the installation height of each blind on the order due to child safety regulations. I'm 6'2" and I have to stand on tip toe to reach the chain!
They said that replacing all three chains (even the broken one) with chains of an appropriate length would be chargeable.
I don't think that it takes too much intelligence to work out that a 2.5m blind has an installation height of at least 2.5m so very disappointed with such a poor level of customer service.
It turns out that hidden away behind one of their "+" info links is a pdf with the following statement for the cord length for unknown installation heights: "Less than or equal to 2/3 of the drop". This allows them to supply a chain length that is ridiculously short and blame the customer for not telling them the installation height.
And the only way you can tell them the installation height is in a follow up email. There is no way of putting it on the order form!
I would probably have been happy with a chain length that was 66% of the drop rather the 40% that was supplied.

Do not recommend - specifically paid for a made to measure cordless blind and we paid for a professional to come install it to ensure it was completely safe for my baby’s room. He installed it correctly, in the same manner as hundreds of other blinds and the mechanism didn’t work.

After months of going back and forth on emails, this company has been completely unhelpful and refused to provide a replacement mechanism (at no point have we requested a refund, just a replacement of the mechanism so that we have the working blind that we paid for).

We are now seriously out of pocket as we’ve got a blind that doesn’t function (that we’ve had to replace with one from elsewhere) and have paid for the blind installer to come back twice. He is just as exasperated as we are. All we have had from this company is excuses about how the brackets can be mounted in other ways and they recommend other methods (wall vs top mounted). At no point was this made clear in the product description and the blind installer has confirmed that this would make no difference to the operating of the mechanism itself in any case.

The blind is not fit for purpose and we are very, very disappointed in this company and their lack of assistance in rectifying the issue. Save yourself the bother and expense - you’d be better off buying one from Dunelm and cutting it down yourself.

These look nice when fitted. I thought the small clips seemed a flimsy way to fit and different to others I had seen online but so far the are working well although we dont take up/down often. I would say that the online link to Youtube showing installation is out of date or alternate model as fitting method different. i.e.Video showed a frame assembly with screws but they clipped together with two strips to stick to window and 4 tiny clips. Delivery service excellent and arrived before quoted date.

Helpful staff and reasonably priced goods. Communication via email bit disjointed but everything turned up and was correct sizes etc.

Good quality blinds

Ordered 2.8m wide roller blinds for 6m sliding doors. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and prompt delivery. Would recommend this company without hesitation - just make sure to measure accurately as the blinds are made to order !
