Do NOT Oder from this company!! Once they have your money they don’t care if you have nothing at the windows. The blinds are made abroad NOT in the uk. The site will give you a timeframe and the blinds DO NOT arrive within that time. The person on the phone is very rude and told us NO REFUND!! It’s been three weeks this Friday and they told me FEBRUARY 28th!
A lot of these reviews are FAKE!! I have spoken to MARTIN LEWIS and he is very intereste. We will not stop until we expose this HOPELESS company. PLEASE AVOID!!

This company wants to charge £65 package and postage, because I live in the Highlands. When I questioned this with them they said it was because I didn't live on the Mainland! They need to look at a map of the UK as Inverness is definitely on the mainland.Yet another company who say they serve the UK but penalise anyone who lives far north.

It was very quick and easy to get through to customer service - and speak to an actual human - which is rare these days. Mary was really helpful. I thought I needed replacement blinds but turns out I only needed to replace the stabilisers, which they ended up giving to me free of charge as they had a spare in the office. It arrived really quickly too - thank you very much. I've had my blinds for 4 years now and still in very good condition.

Nothing Short of Utter Delight, I know strong praise, however utterly deserved.
‘Flash to bang time’ (order to delivery) was not exactly Amazon Prime like, still, it was not unreasonable either.
The blinds came exactly as advertised and ordered. They were well made, packed, supplied with clear instructions and fitting clips.
One can see mentioned in some reviews that screws, etc, are not included. To that spurious remark I would say in defence of Blinds4UK, their crystal ball probably started to malfunction due to the Chinese virus epidemic. Therefore, it is now impossible for them to know what fixings individual customers require. Likewise, the customers crystal ball malfunction means that they have to wait until delivery before knowing what appropriate fixings they will need. However, most accomplished DIY’s would have anticipated what fixings are appropriate for their particular situation and if necessary prepare not to fail, or, moan about what is in fact their own shortcomings.
To summarise; it actually took me longer to unpack then inspect the blinds, collect the tools and appropriate screws from my garage, peruse the instructions than it did to actually install all three blinds.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blinds4UK. The blinds I received were of poor quality, poorly cut, and had several imperfections. The color did not match the image shown on their website, which was very misleading. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for a refund, my email was completely ignored. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Stay away

Velux window blackout blind. Awful cheap quality product which lets in a lot of light compared to the original velux blind in another room,
When I contacted the company and sent pictures they just kept asking for different file type pictures, when the ones I sent that were taken on my phone were so clearly showing what the defects were. I honestly just gave up communication as they were so difficult to deal with. If it was possible to attach a picture i would. No offer of a replacement or refund just back and forth with pointless emails. kept saying they wanted to send pictures to their suppliers. My issue was with them, not their suppliers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Venetian blinds ordered on this website again. It came shortly after the order. Blinds look superb, as expected. Installation simple and quick. I would recommend this company. Thanks for my another blinds.

Ordered 3 sets of 35mm wooden slat venetian blinds with very long drop lengths in December 2023 for delivery in time for Christmas. They arrived on 19th December, easy to fit, and seemed good quality. Was invited by email to review their performance shortly afterwards, but with wooden blinds I thought I’d wait until they have been up for a few months. They have been up for 8 months as of July 2024, no warping or faults, they are really nice. Great service from the company, email updates at all the points I would expect (order confirmation, delivery day etc.) I phoned twice with questions, the first time answered by Maria who had good product knowledge, the second time no answer but a few mins later a call back from Nick who answered my query. Yep, good experience and I will definitely use again.

Having ordered and been satisfied with a sample of a white perforated venetian blind ordered 10 blinds of assorted sizes. Communication re progress of manufacture was excellent as was the delivery tracking news. There was a slight problem as one out of three packages missed the transport but this was resolved quickly by customer service with missing package arriving the following day.
All blinds are to the exact specifications required are of a quality equal or better than some bought from competitors.

What an absolute garbage company to deal with.
We looked on website and picked a colour to suit our kitchen. When it arrived it was about 12 shades different.
On contacting the boss man all he could say was you should have asked for a sample.
Well you should have been more clearer if the company cant tell one colour from another.

I would definitely not recommend Blinds4Uk.

We read all the information on the website before we measured for our vertical blind. We measured extremely carefully but it arrived 3cm too short.
The main issue was that written in red lettering on the website it says ‘We will make the blind size to the measurements specified by you on order, less any deductions as outlined on the product information tab.’
The product information tab said: Height Deductions : Minus10mm
So we measured with the understanding that just 1cm would be taken off. But no… 4cm was taken off!! Although it is not mentioned in the height deduction section, an additional 3cm is taken off for the depth of the headrail. (In fact, this isn’t mentioned anywhere at all.)
When ordering online you are wholly reliant on the information on the website being accurate, and when it isn’t, and you end up out of pocket for something that is not your fault, it is annoying and upsetting.
Anyway, our blinds were too short, and cannot be used. Some of the louvres were also damaged.
The company aftersales was completely useless. They said the blinds were made to our specifications, which seems to be the way they respond to a lot of customers with a grievance, even though the measuring information they provide is incorrect and misleading.
After advice from a friend who is a consumer rights lawyer, we rejected the item, but the company refuse to do anything at all about it. Like lots of other people who have given poor reviews, we are now following the line of a report to trading standards and applying to our credit card for reimbursement.
The only good thing about the whole debacle is that this was just one blind we were testing to see how it looked before ordering over £1500 more blinds for our large conservatory. We had a lucky escape!

Bought a made to measure black out blind from this company and the plastic cord constantly breaks and comes away from the roller.
Absolute pain so have had to order another blind just a few months after purchasing this one

I ordered a recess blind and provided the exact measurements. Arrived fine, but upon fitting I found it far too loose. The spring end for securing it in place can press in over a cm, but the sizing means it's completely extended when in place and barely holding on by less than 1mm. I've confirmed I provided the right size and they've dismissed it as not their issue in my communication with them. If this is how they make them, then I think ordering 1cm wider than you need is the only way it would work. Why when ordering exact fit they don't account for this.

Giving 2 stars as it was delivered in good time, generally seems fine and they did reply to me. But it was a complete waste of money and I won't be using this company ever again.

Frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company never had a problem before. They sent me a vertical blind which had a faulty head rail the Louvre holders were misaligned so blind would not open or close properly. I could not believe the replacement was in the exact same condition. Clearly the suppliers Quality control was non existent. I had to dispose of 2 huge, useless vertical blinds as the supplier did not want them back ! Eventually got refund but in my mind this supplier was a complete waste of time. Avoid.

We ordered an Intu Venetian blind for our balcony door a few months ago, arrived in a week, was so easy to install and we just love it soooo much. Great communication and a perfect service. Thank you Blinds4UK.

I ordered a blind to fit a specific recess. The blind is too short and falls out of the brackets.

Customer service is utterly useless, so I'm having to report them to Trading Standards and dispute the transaction on my credit card.

Avoid them like the plague.

Really helpful over the phone. Great value and high quality product. Only company I could find that could make a roller blind the size I wanted, without any joins in the material. Fast delivery. Would happily recommend them.

Ordered blinds and was told 3-5days for delivery after waiting weeks to be made as it was wooden Venetian tapes . Waited this timescale and two weeks later order had to be chased up . They ended up losing the blinds and couldn’t locate so waited another 3-5days for others to get remade. When eventually arrived the valance was wrong colour . I have emailed on 18th and for a valance I have to wait until 3rd January after my Xmas guest have been with different embarrassing blind colours . The incompetence of this manufacturer is utterly terrible. All in my blinds were due to be delivered on 1st of December in plenty time and didn’t get them until 17th . I would avoid blinds4uk the worst experience ever . Apologise are worthless would not recommend to buy from them

Blinds cut too short. I ordered a standard with 1.8m and i let them take off the cloth excess on the width (take into account the brackets etc.) However they took off over 40mm of material, when 20mm would have clearly been enough. The companies communication was great, cant fault that, nor their sales team but ultimately i felt let down by the manufacturing side. I just wish i could upload some pictures of the finished installed product so you could decide for yourselves

Really good service from start to finish. Ordered 3 sample fabrics initally for matching. Ordered on Monday and delivered on Thursday morning. Customer enquiries most helpful re delivery and sent me a link to use. I installed the 2 roller blinds at the weekend following. Really good quality fittings and blind construction is excellent. Really pleased with quality - good value, Price matches quality of goods.
