Good blinds at great price; cheaper than competitors despite heavy postage costs.

Amazing so easy to measure for order to delivery and fit very happy with all from blinds4u. Look divine now up and let in so much light but provide privacy for us in our home

mixed feelings on this but here we go. oder samples. samples arrive very very quick (unlike b2go who r useless!!) samples seam of high quality, G8!. triple check measurements submit it online, pay the total cost inc p&p then wait... after a good week i get an email to say the blind has been dispatched (Gr8 i think) after looking on their site i notice you get the email when the blind has left the factory and for the one i had chosen it would take 5 to 7 working days to arrive.. after 14days still no blind, i give them a ring and get told its been delivered, so i ask can u pls tell me the date and time it 'was delivered' just so i can look back on my cctv and see where they put it.. the guy then said oh ill call u back in a short while i will check with the delivery company on this info u have asked. no phone call but i did get an email from them to say the blind has been dammaged by the delivery company and a new 1 is now being made and there4 will be with me soon, the guy also sent me the tracking info i needed but...! it went from the company he had sent the link to to a diff company and so on. i had 4 delivery company's saying they were delivering my nice new blind.. well now ive got my nice new blind its what i ordered (almost!! as the controls to open/close the blind were on the right and i had said i wanted them on the right hand side as per the order. i had to spend a little time in changing the parts over so the chain is now on the left side as i wanted it) After opening the two plastic bags around the blinds there wasnt any fitting instructions with it so i went on their website to try and find 'how to fit' but my type (double roller) wasnt on there. it was only after fitting the blind up and lowering it down the fitting instructions fell out of the blind! not much use now i thought!! may be put the instructions in with the brackets or wrap it around the outer of the blind using an elastic band also put it on the website so customers can read it or watch a video of 'how to fit' .. the nice new double roller blind is wonderful and just based on my blind i would reccomend Blinds4uk to any1!! well i have to quite a few ppl now. the delivery is a 'sting in the tail' at £12 and after the problems i had encountered. it looks good from the inside and out. a little stiff to open but hopefully will ease after many uses. STARTED OFF GOOD BUT NOW AFTER JUST A FEW MONTHS BOTH THE METAL CHAINS HAVE SNAPPED!!!! it must be very cheap imported metal and or chains that are used for these blinds! yes you pay extra for the luxury to have metal!!! well after the 1st chain broke i emailed them got no reply!! so i sorted it myself & emailed them to say i had sorted it!! now this morning the other chain has snapped & yes ive emailed them to say about it and got a very snotty email back from them!! well yet again I WILL SORT IT MY SELF!! and to think i was getting ready to spend another £600 (aprox) with them well 4get it! ill go else where and get a better service. oh the blind doesent even fit the window!! its short on both sides! *make your own mind up about them, but i wont bother with them again!!

I have bought multiple blinds from Blinds4UK and have always been happy with the service and the products. The price is great and the blinds are easy to install. They don’t come with any screws or rawl plugs though but just standard ones will do the job.

Ordering over the phone was made easy, however being given a 72 hours delivery slot at 5pm the evening before was not helpful.

Have yet to open and install these blinds

I purchased one blind initially and was so impressed with the quality, value and speed of delivery, I ended up ordering 5 more blinds. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Ordered 3 roller blinds. Their website was easy to use and informative and the prices better than other rivals.
They were supposed to arrive on the Thursday before Easter but I took heed of their notice that they may arrive up to seven days late. They arrived after Easter about 5 days later. I do think that the couriers are at fault here rather than the company as their due delivery date cannot be relied upon and they insist on a signed delivery. My advice would be not to arrange time off work on a specific day but to arrange for anything you order to be left with a neighbour or other person who is in every day. I think this company would benefit greatly from using a different courier who is reliable on their delivery dates.
The blinds themselves arrived undamaged and are really well made with nice metal chains and were made and dispatched in good time..just let down by their delivery/ courier system otherwise I would of given 5 stars.

Have bought blinds here several times. Lovely fabric - the latest we bought are roller blinds. They look great in the bathroom. As long as you measure carefully it's so easy and cost effective!

Good instructions on how to measure

The vertical blind ordered did not arrive on the date given. I left it for a week then contacted the supplier who said that things were running behind schedule.

I was told that the blind would arrive the following Friday, however on the following Thursday a card tube arrived containing the track only and this was torn in the middle.

On opening the tube, the track was badly crushed.

I contacted the supplier once again to inform them of the state of the track and to enquire as to what had to the vertical lovres. I was informed they would arrive as separate package which they did the next day.

The supplier dealt with the issues promptly and without question.

The damage was not their fault but that of a clumsy contract carrier.

This is the second blind I have ordered from this company and I had issues with my previous order six years ago!!

Bought 4 roller blinds to cover 4 windows in my garden office. Delivery was as quoted, well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Good instructions, easy to fit. They look great and a fantastic blue colour. For me a good cost effective solution as my office faces the sun and these blinds will prove their worth as we get into the summer. Would recommend as trouble-free experience, a perfect fit and they look great!

arrived in good time. the blind works well
the only thing they could improve is that the rubber weighted stick slides out.
However, fitting is simple and i'm happy!

Great experience. 3 wood blinds arrived quickly extremely well packaged. Had them professionally hung. Would certainly buy again. Good value. Only negative no adhesive enclosed to attach end of valance trim, no biggie.

The measurements don't match up between the brackets and blind itself so I am unable to get them to align and connect them. Having sent a customer contact request with the exact detail I have heard nothing and the blind remains unfitted
