This is the second time I've bought sunglasses from Blaze Sunglasses . Again prompt delivery and great service

I ordered four pairs of sunglasses for next day delivery. I was quickly informed that one of the pairs was not available and that I would be given an automatic refund which was unfortunate but I guess somewhat unavoidable. It would of been nice to know if they were out of stock before shelling out £125 (which I then had to wait to be returned into my bank account)
Despite having paid for next day delivery my order did not come on the specified date and the tracking information on the website was useless; the tracking link on the website simply took me to a page that had a shipment number (which was not recognised by any courier that blaze claim to use) and an option to "close window". I received my order in good condition the following day and the sunglasses were exactly what I wanted which kind of made me forget abot the whole experience. When I emailed the blaze team about my order they got back to me promptly and agreed to process a refund for the cost of next day delivery.

I bought a Marc Jacobs (first line) sunglasses.
I recieved the right sunglasses with the false case and microfibre cloth.
The stock image shows the right white hard case and cloth.

I get a normal black soft case and the cloth from the second cheaper line Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Not correct.

UPDATE: Problem was solved.The right case has been sent.

Best sunglasses had in years and at an awesome price

Everything was sent correctly but the only thing i quite didn't like was that the case the sunglasses was sent in doesn't seem to be the correct one. You have to squeeze it in as it's so tight and you can end up damaging the sunglasses.

Sunglasses arrived on time, as described, well packaged and at a good price. Can't ask for more than that.

I received my item the very next day with no extra charge, and i am extremely happy with my glasses. The price was a steel aswell! And i did speak to a lovely woman who was very cheerful and helpful when i called to ask a question about delivery.

My sunglasses arrived so quickly I was amazed! I order before 3pm, and got it around 10am!!!!!!! I was so excited! They were very well packaged. Including even the little Tiffany Bag, is little touches like this that make you feel... Loved! I absolutely love them, love even better the price! Hands down the best website to find bargains!
