Always great service and communication in Yeovil Blacks. We visit this store often, we have dog and love the outdoor life. So when we are greeted by Ben Saywell, we know we are going to get someone knowledgeable and friendly.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful
Kelly was absolutely wonderful. She was so knowledgeable about all the different hiking boots, and so helpful.
She had to get out masses of pairs in differing sizes but was cheerful and happy all the time.
Brilliant service in every way.

Didn't get the staff member's name but she was very helpful, without pressure, and as a result I got what I was hoping to buy! So good to be able to try a variety of footwear in an actual shop rather than wasting time online, great prices too, very competitive. Thank you number 006 on my receipt, whoever you are!
