After having our tub on order for sometime we were told it would be another 6 weeks but James said they could send us an upgraded model as it was for my birthday! We recieved our Hot tub the following week delivered by Grant & Chris, top lads nothing was to much trouble they even fitted my hot tub tables I had brought in anticipation of our tubs arrival! These guys are a real credit to Black Diamond Spas and I can only highly recommend this Spa company, thank you

Absolutely love my new tub!! Decided on Black Diamond Spa after a friend recommended, was a bit daunting ordering when I never had the chance to visit the showroom as I live in Scotland but so glad I chose this company. Went for the Valencia 1, James and Jake were so helpful before sale and answered all of my 100 questions over the phone 😂 Grant and Chris Baggaley delivered today and were extremely professional and talked me through everything. My estimated delivery time was 8-10 weeks and received in 5 which was a bonus. Thanks guys for all your guidance and fab customer service!!

Absolutely great service. Grant and Chris Baggaley from the Chesterfield Centre showed me how everything works, tips and did great install giving me advise. Top fellas a credit to the business.

I ordered the palma spa black. Although it took longer than the estimated delivery it arrived in time for my birthday. Terry and Chris who delivered the item were ever so polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend the products to friends and family. Very pleased with my purchase.

After looking at all the different companies out there promoting the sale of Hot Tubs I came across Black Diamond Spa after being recommended by a friend. I was not disappointed at all. From start to finish the company have been professional throughout and Jake kept me up to date with the process at all times. The installation guys Chris and Jay were brilliant and were extremely thorough in explaining how to operate the spa and made sure I was happy before they left. The after sales service has been fantastic too as I had a couple of questions (as I forgot what Chris and Jay told me despite making notes as they suggested lol) and Jake responded immediately reassuring me. I would not hesitate to buy from this company the Hot Tubs are excellent value, the service from start to finish brilliant and the after sale is spot on. Totally worthy of 5*

These two lads are spot on, everything explained clearly and precise. After a year of weighing up all our options, we decided Black Diamond offered the best value for money. This is our first hot tub and we had many reservations, however we found Jake to be very honest, trustworthy and he was always on hand to answer any questions. Excellent service recieved from point of ordering to installation, in around 10 days for our particular model (Palma). The installation team (Terry and Jordan) were both very professional and knowledgable, answering any further questions we had. They arrived bang on time and nothing was to much trouble. The product quality and service recieved has exceeded our expectations. The chemical kit supplied is simple and easy to use. We highly recommend Black Diamond Spas.

I thought I had good service when buying the tub - good price, Jake and the team keeping me in touch and superb installers (even though they had to drive over 3 hours to get to us.) I have had another visit from installers today to help me with a minor hitch and again they were professional, friendly and took their time to assist. One of the best companies I have dealt with, across the board, for a long time!

We ordered a Monaco 2 lounger spa. Fantastic service from ordering to delivery and installation. Terry and Chris were great they installed the spa, explained everything before they left. The spa has exceeded all expectations it is fabulous.

Excellent product which was value for money and the service received was very professional and friendly. I did have a slight fault with the spa but this was rectified speedily with little fuss and the overall service received was fantastic. I would recommend the company to anyone.

my son had this company cannot complain delivery time was awful but I think this was because co vid struck just at the wrong time what with people being furloughed and companys that make them also furloughed I had some minor issues but every time I have called they have been very helpful I had to ring again today about a headrest they asked for pictures which is completely understandable and have offered to replace. When my son wanted to swap wifi for lid lifters this was not any trouble either have helped with small details my only gripe is the manual that you have to print yourself as it was very long but on the other hand i was able to laminate this and bind it myself to keep by the tub so it wont get water damaged

New to the world of Spas. This company is excellent. The delivery was on time and they worked alongside the crane company. The after sales is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. Love my Spa.

I can not recommended the delivery guys of this Company enough.
They came to delivery my hot tub and the access that we thought would be used was not wide enough. The guys did not give up when many would. They found a way to make it work and this was not a easy option for them.
They had other delivery’s they had to fulfil today and they did not once make me feel this job was too much.

i had my spa delivered today. The lads installed it in adverse weather conditions, but it didn't dampen their enthusiasm. Excellent very likable guys. head office also awesome (and I have been a thorn in their side )
