Selling my late Mum's house was very difficult for me, it was a long journey, emotional, stressful and, at times, almost unbearable. I was very grateful to the staff at Birchall Blackburn and in particular Shakira and Anna for their understanding and support throughout. I felt that they understood me and did all they could to help. They often phoned me instead of emailing and I found that personal connection really invaluable. Well thought out legal advise and effective

Just completed a purchase for my first house with Maryam and Nick. The whole process was simple, easy and smooth. Everything was completed within 2 months and received keys. Very straight forward and extremely professional. Great to work with and definitely recommend. Professional and experienced team.

We were buying our home (chain free) from our landlord.
the mortgage was in place in October 25 it took 6 months waiting on them before we could complete.
They had been recommended by the halifax as one of the 3 they use we have since recommended to halifax to not recommend this company any more.
communication from them was dire.
information you give them is ignored i lost count on the number of times we had to tell them we are not in a chain.
for them to do anything takes them a month of sundays.
Not a company i could or would recommend.

Waiting to get through remortgage since last four months. Nightmarishly frustrating to deal with them because hardly pick up the phone or reply to your email. Instead of giving solution and guidance, waste time and delay things completely unnecessary. Won’t be coming back in future.
