Abso-stinking-lutely HATE this software. Please listen to me - I'm using a mouse, the only means I have available at home office, and log-in is 30-45 minutes EVERY TIME. Including mandatory resets because I can't get it done in five tries. Sad that the only review here that isn't one-star is written by what looks like a medical company that sadly shares the same name and is trying not to get harpooned. :D Sorry y'all, I'm glad they treat you well but this product is awful. Multiple experiences, date on review only refers to my latest.

Horrific process. Working from laptop. Almost impossible to replicate the 4 digits with a mouse. Now waiting for the email to recreate another 4 digits. Been waiting 30 min now.

Absolutely TERRIBLE process to log in. 1990's technology at best and a waste of half of your day it's so bad. Something has got to change. I'd give them negative starts if I could.

We have to use this for continuing education on time required tests, which is a nightmare when it takes 20 minutes to sign into each part trying to make the exact same signature with a mouse or touch pad, to then be told to re-set the password. This is terrible tech.

My college uses this waste of an excuse for ID verification on all it's tests. It takes me a minimum of an hour to access a test and no fewer than 200 password attempts and 35 password resets. Who draws consistently with a mouse? No one.

This system is by far the worst and dumbest means to verify identity ever. NO ONE draws letters or numbers with a mouse consistently. This is a complete joke, and a waste of time for employees who have legitimate work to do. Its insulting and should be banned.

I can't even start where I left off because of this trash system. No matter how many times I draw it, it says its wrong. 1 Hour trying and still can't log on and changed between two PC's. I'm going to request a refund from my program because of this. TRASH!

This program is the worst program that has ever been invented in the history of computers. It has made me sign in over and over again. It never accepts the bio signature ID that I put in and it's taken me 9 hours to complete a 2 hour class because of biosignature. I feel like this company owes me for a whole day of my time

Worst fn authentication service I've ever used. Just spent 30 minutes trying to make the perfect cross and still not able to do it. I hope the person that invented this chokes on his mouse

Whoever came up with the idea of drawing a password identical three times to get into an account is seriously challenged. Let's go back to pre school and see how we can use a computer mouse to doodle on a screen to get into my own account? Waste of my life trying to use this thing...and such a waste of time. Worst user experience I've ever encountered.

Just read all the bad reviews on this their "draw a password" is just I wasted hours of my time just to log into my own account. No customer service or end user assistance. If you are buying this and your customer are to use it you either don't care about your customers or haven't tried the product yourself. Junk product and will make any customer you have HATE you for making them use it.

No Negative Star Reviews? This company is garbage. I have on two occasions spent an hour trying to make an identical signature to no avail. After 20 hours of education, and 100's of hours of studying to pass a very difficult exam, I am thwarted from moving forward to obtain a License, THANKS TO BIOSIG.

They should be named BioPig if for only the reason that they do not have customer service by phone. Not on weeekdays or weekends, when it is so badly needed.

This is worst security function CSU Global could have ever implemented!! Took almost two hours to meet the requirements on the password. I mean who writes the numbers or letters exactly on a screen? This is absolutely the most frustrating process!!
