Love the product, it works good for me as a dietary supplement for probiotics and health. Alleviates the headaches and stress with imbalanced life. The product has become difficult to source certified in USA with the trade wars.

No problem with delivery and product is excellent.

Ive noticed a lot of complaints about how long delivery takes and subscription problems. I buy my Bio Kult from Boots the chemist. So i dont have those problems. They are a great supplement

Not noticed any particular benefit or problem with the product but getting out is very very difficult. Took 3 goes to cancel a subscription - after reading what others have written I will be checking statements very carefully. After "unsubsribing" to emails for days I have finally given up and just blocked.

DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have had a dreadful experience with this company - They advertised a black Friday deal , which I took advantage of , however , only half my order arrived and I questioned when the rest was and all I got back was the offer was not on what you bought .

However - I had a screen shot to show that it was .

You only get one reply a day - so it takes weeks to speak to them at length . Ring the company and they say they will look into it and don't !! .

In the end I got my money back through my bank .

NEVER AGAIN will I use THE HUT GROUP or Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) Company again ( as they are linked somehow) and I won't trust either . !!!

I cancelled my subscription over the Christmas period, only to find I've recently been charged and the product is arriving today! I have not placed an order and I don't have any active subscriptions.

I have contacted CS only to be told if you don't want the product you can return it, erm no this is your mistake refund me.

I have since seen this has happened to someone else, so please be warned.

I cancelled my subscription 9 days before my next subscription should have been shipped and they still just shipped the product and charged me. I asked them for a refund and they ignored my request and just said that it will be cancelled in the future.

Would never use again.

I am a registered therapist with the trade discount, but when I tried to place an order when the company was offering a store-wide discount of less than my normal discount I had to accept that. Customer service just didn't read my messages well enough to be able to offer a solution. Very frustrating!

Any company that continues to send you product and charge you for it weeks after you have cancelled a subscription is not to be trusted. Very poor. I won't order from BioKult again and will tell friends and family to avoid.

Made a BOGOF order over Black Friday weekend. Extra pack not sent. When contacted, BioKult made a very quick and positive response to remedy their oversight. If only all customer facing teams were so efficient and helpful.
BTW the Boosted / Extra Strength BioKult does a great job. Highly recommended.

Happy with the Bio Kult capsules. I have felt noticeably better when I take them. I would recommend them to anyone with stomach and gut issues to try.

zero heads-up before charging for subscription. Got charge two days before the next shipment, and they didn't even bother sending an email. When I immediately contacted them to cancel the order they were all like "it's already dispatched", blaming their broken system for why they can't cancel the order

Loving the supplements and a small omission in delivery was sorted out immediately.

Finally, my bloated stomach is no more! I was beginning to believe it was a permanent feature of my very middle-aged body... So happy to have found an easy solution having tried all sorts.

I have suffered for a long time with my digestive system but researched and the reviews have been great and omg so agree these are fantastic I have seen the results and will continue using these thank you so much

I rarely leave reviews but I felt I had too with this product, I can honestly say this product has changed my life. I have suffered with stomach problems that lead to anxiety my whole life, I have tried another probiotic recently as I have moved to Dubai and biokult is hard to get out here, as a result of this my stomach is bad again, and this is how I know how amazing Bio Kult is, if I could buy a lifetime supply I really would! Thank you to the creator of this product and for enabling me to smile again!

My order says it's 'completed' and 'dispatched' but I noticed that the payment still hasn't been taken. Customer services were responsive but ultimately useless and, despite the confirmation, it absolutely has not been dispatched. Lucky I realised the money hasn't been taken or I would've just waited for nothing!

Placed new order and a subscription and despite status showing "Dispatched" it's not been and won't be ever apparently becuase there's a payment issue. Nothing wrong with my card which worked for an order the same time at Holland & Barett's website which has already been delivered. Rude bloke on chat telling me it's my issue, even though status shows "Dispatched".
If you want something actually delivered, go elsewhere!
I see now other 1 star reviews reporting payment issues and like me they have no card payment issues themselves. It's this ridiculous website!

Wish I had read the 1 star reviews before buying the Bio Kult Everyday Probiotic. I had a very similar reaction to a lot of other people (more reviews on Amazon): acute diarrhoea, bloating and abdominal pain after taking 3x tablets for 2 days (Recommended dosage is 4 tablets per day). I had recently recovered from a stomach bug and I have IBS-D so I was taking these to introduce some good bacteria after having acute diarrhoea a couple of weeks ago. I thought they would help diversify the bacteria in my gut, instead, they made me just as unwell as I was a few weeks ago. bio-kult mention that some people experience a “die off” effect when they begin taking the pro-biotics however they fail to mention how severe this experience can be. I was bed ridden for two days, could not digest any food, had to be near the toilet constantly and lost 2 kilos. This was akin to severe symptoms of bowel disease, not what I would expect from pro-biotics. I am currently on day 3 and have started to feel a bit better but I am incredibly weak and have had to take time off work.
I will not continue taking these at a lower dose given the severity of my symptoms.
I don’t know if my reaction is especially worse because of my IBS but I would proceed with caution/avoid if you already have a sensitive gut. There is a warning on the packet for those with autoimmune conditions however nothing mentioned about those with IBS. This should be labelled as such on the packet. Moreover, they should change the dosage instructions on the packet to include the smaller dose amounts that they recommended for those who may experience “die off” symptoms. The dosage on the packet is extremely high
