Poor Customer Service

Made an order which was suppose to arrive in 4-8 business days. I contacted them twice via phone after it hasn't arrived in time with them advising stock coming in weeks. Very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Delivery of Items was an absolute disaster, they use contractors, who dont turn up on time, was told a time range they would be there and didnt come, then came a 2nd time and just dumped items in a storeroom without contacting us or telling us. We paid for premium delivery to unpack and place items and just dumped them on the storeroom. Would not use them again.

DON'T BELIEVE BINGLEE WILL REMOVE YOUR OLD FRIDGE !! THEY JUST DUMP THEM ON THE ROAD

Bought a new fridge online yesterday, paid for the delivery fee which includes removal of thd old fridge. I thoroughly cleaned the old fridge to be removed. After the new fridge was delivered, the driver wheeled out the old fridge to the street and complained about the smell of the old fridge which was not true at all. Then he refused to take the old fridge and just dumped the old fridge on the curbside. I rang Binglee's complain line the call centre people and their supervisors just don't care. The old fridge is still on the street now.

Visited Bing Lee at old Guildford store 30/06/2026. Was served by Sales Rep Jayden. Ended up purchasing a Westinghouse gas oven. Customer service was great Jayden was patient and explained the product very well. Keep up the great work.

Don’t shop Bing Lee

I ordered a dryer and fridge from Bing Lee and paid for deluxe delivery which covered installation,taking away old fridge and boxes. The team consisted of one large person and one small person. They brought in the dryer and took out the old fridge but said it was too dangerous to bring the new fridge down a narrow path with too steps. I was told they would need another team to pull while the first one pushed and there would be another delivery charge. I rang Bing Lee to organise the two teams and was told that that wasn’t possible. I would have to pay for a specialist team which would cost three hundred and fifty dollars! My initial contacts with them were good with a woman fixing a glitch that had the delivery happening three weeks later but it all went downhill from there. If you have even a chance of being labelled a dangerous delivery don’t shop with Bing Lee.

i giving 5 stars for service

i giving 5 stars. i bought a dishwasher online. It immediately began to leak. I submitted a complaint. They followed up and sent a tech out quickly. The tech couldnt fix it and said id have to wait another week for parts. I wasnt happy about that, so contacted their service department. They arranged for teh old unit to be picked up and a replacxement to be delivered immediately. Great customer service. Im sure they werent happy that one of their brands failed, but they backed it up quickly with a great response.

Lies on delivery times…

Ordered on a Sunday based on their advertised 3 day delivery - order doesn’t even get packed or ‘dispatched’ until Friday.
Wish I paid the extra $20 for the same product on Amazon. It would have arrived the next day instead of these lies from Bing Lee.
Unless you are prepared to wait and hop I suggest you steer clear of Bing Lee online orders!!!!

Where is the 0-Star?

First time ordering from Bling Lee - and it will definitely be the last.

Placed an order on Tuesday evening - paid with apple pay within 10mins of receiving the order confirmation I contacted the Customer Support (tried my luck by calling but too late and immediately reached out on the Online Chat - I made it clear to CANCEL ORDER and chat bot understood - at 5am Wednesday received missed call but called back at 7am and explained the parcel needs to be redirected (as apple pay had wrong address on) or cancel order. I was told it was too late but can redirect through Aus Post Portal. At this time no email of confirming that the parcel has been dispatched was sent out, nor have I received a tracking number. Thursday morning I called again and was told there was a delay with tracking numbers - eventually received it early Thursday evening. AusPost showed it only received the parcel Friday! And now on the portal it states that it CANNOT be redirected.
The biggest issue is that why does something go ahead with it shows on the system with customer number and order number about CANCEL ORDER - until it’s resolved.

- - UPDATE - -
Bing Lee Sales Manager has come back shortly after the initial review with the most informative email and moat helpful. The order is being cancelled and awaiting for an update of shipping return from AusPost.

One of the worst delivery experiences…

Waited at home all morning for my Bing Lee delivery. The driver gave only 1 minute notice, did not ring the doorbell, and left after two missed call. I called back immediately after exit the lift , left messages, and had another person to call, but nobody answered with a transfer system. Call the service line to contact driver and told reschedule and charge $40…
The Online Sales Manager, Amanda, was dismissive and unprofessional, repeatedly defending the driver instead of addressing the issue.
Great products, terrible delivery service and customer support. Would not recommend

The second time I’ve ordered online

The second time I’ve ordered online, the site expressing same day dispatch, only for this not to occur. As no dispatch notification received, I chased it up after 4 days only to be told “Stock has to be moved from different stores”. Will be dispatched in 48hours. If a delay was to occur would you think they would have the decency to let you know. But I suppose once they have your money they don’t have to honour their advertised commitments.

One of the worst service experiences…

One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The delivery for bing lee failed to deliver twice without even contacting or buzzing the door, ridiculous. I have managed to get onto custom care and the manager implying the driver actually buzzed the door when he didn’t at all.
Do not use this company, great products, terrible service.

Bing Lee Moore Park Supa Centre

I'd like to leave good feedback for both Keryn and Lee from Bing Lee Moore Park Supa Centre who helped me with buying a stick vacuum.
Both had exceptional customer service, i bought my vacuum just in the nick of closing time and Keryn was still very supportive all the way to the counter.

Don't bother visiting Bing Lee in…

Don't bother visiting Bing Lee in Shellharbour if you don't confirm to gender norms.

Have visited the store twice with my trans girlfriend. First time they were rude and it was hard to get service but it was right before closing and we really needed a replacement dryer that day. Went today around lunch on a Saturday. Not busy at all. I was dawdling so we entered separately. I was instantly approached and asked if I needed help. Said I'd look around and ask for help when I needed it.

Multiple staff around.

By the time I found my missus and we decided on our vacuum cleaner, there was no one near us. Tried to get eye contact with multiple staff members but they all immediately turned away. Went to the front desk, woman there called over the loudspeaker asking a staff member to come to the vacuum section.

No one attended the section. Multiple staff members who were free when that call went out were suddenly helping other customers who had just walked in.

We left. Got the message very clearly that we weren't welcome.

Won't be going back.

Bought Brand New, They Sent Me A USED Dyson Gen5

What a company 👎🏻👎🏻 Used to trust this company but not anymore. Ordered a new Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner. Price around $900 plus (on special). Received the item and found out that the vacuum cleaner was second hand (very used). Head attachments did not even fit (come from different Dyson model), vacuum tube was dusty inside, the stick was chipped paint peeled, laser head attachment was missing part (broken). Very disappointing.

Unsatisfactory experience: Defective appliance and denied consumer rights

Extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Bing Lee regarding a faulty LG dishwasher (XD3A25MB). The machine is literally disintegrating internally, leaving a thick black residue over my dishes that stains your skin.
Despite the clear physical evidence, Bing Lee hid behind a generic manufacturer's report that blamed "harsh chemicals"—a total deflection of their responsibilities as a retailer under Australian Consumer Law.
The most frustrating part is that the "Start" button on the outside of the machine is bubbling and peeling off. Detergent doesn't touch the exterior, yet Bing Lee still used the "chemical" excuse to deny a refund or replacement for what is clearly a manufacturing defect.
If you are looking for a retailer that stands by the products they sell and respects consumer rights, look elsewhere. Once they have your money, you are on your own if the product turns out to be a lemon.
