Excellent service received my parts even quicker than they had originally said, will definitely use them again.

Have had a ladies e-bike bought from here for four years; has been regularly serviced by Bikeshed Exeter and have always been completely satisfied with their advice and support. Recently needed a modification to make it easier after a medical event, and the mechanics spent time analysing what was best and how to deal with it.

Excellent service, delivery very fast

Bought a Pashley Classic 3 speed roadster from Bikeshed using their website. Everything was easy, delivery was quick and exactly on time. Because of my location I chose to have the bike delivered in a box for home assembly. If you are not confident have a bike shop do it. Seth has been excellent. 5 stars 👍

Bought a bike through cycle to work and spoke to Seth in bikeshed he couldn't be more helpful, was a slight snag on the frame but was rectified immediately and I couldn't be more grateful. 10/10

The guy I spoke to on the 'phone was really helpful and when he didn't know the answer, he went away and found out and then called me back. Excellent, friendly and professional service. I would deal with them again.

We have just had two battery powered bikes serviced at the Bike Shed in Barnstaple. The meticulous attention to detail is first class, the bikes came out looking like new at a sensible price. We love the ambience and the friendliness of the staff.

My friend had hired an e-bike (from a competitor!) but our hotel was rather unhelpful in keeping our expensive bikes in a secure place for one night.
Knowing the Bike Shed for their excellent service previously, I phoned to ask their advice and help. Without going into detail, The Bike Shed came up with a very helpful solution, and took all the stress and worry out of a great holiday.
When we visited I saw a monumental display of bikes, and enjoyed a really tasty breakfast bagel and coffee.

The bike carrier arrived speedily, was relatively easy to assemble and attach to the car. Brilliant quality product, sturdy, utterly rigid once on the car and the bikes fit really well....even my ladies bike with no cross bar and an enormous front basket.

Really nice people especially Chris for putting our parts on the bikes definitely recommend.and very good verity of bikes and parts to choose from to customise your bike the way you want it. Great customer service as was very helpful to me and my friend👍

Easy ordering process and fast delivery- just what you want when ordering bike parts

Arrived at Bike Shed with a snapped gear cable whilst out on a cycle. The team were so helpful in assisting me to get me back on the road. Despite the mechanics having a full workload Andy got stuck into my bike, retrieved the leftovers of the cable that was inside the shifter and threaded a new cable, perfect.
All of which was done with impeccable service from the team on Friday. Can't thank them enough.
If you need a bike shop that truly cares, this is it.

When they couldn't provide what I ordered, they provided a better but similar, worth more, wheel and didn't charge the difference.
