Bet UK's approach is quite disappointing as they're not releasing my winnings promptly. I deposited just £50 and managed to win over £1000. However, they've now suspended my account, claiming I need to verify my documents. After completing the verification, they informed me that the safer gambling team needs to contact me, but couldn’t provide a specific time frame. When I requested to speak with a manager, they refused. A customer service representative even accused me of making a negative comment on the live casino, which is puzzling since I didn’t play there. It feels as if they’re looking for reasons to withhold my winnings, especially since they mentioned they can block or suspend accounts without a clear reason under their terms and conditions, which seems unfair.

Signed up in may done a few bets which lost. Able to deposit and lose no problem.
