Had a fantastic aqua session today with Kim, she was really knowledgable, and professional, both at the start of the class and the end. And even laughed when the music made us all do YMCA. Lots of fun. Would love to see her back at the centre for more sessions.

I’ve been using the gym and classes for the past year. Have always found Chris and Annalisa very helpful, approachable and encouraging. Classes are always well planned and work you hard. Boxfit classes are always great fun too. Would certainly recommend the gym and classes to friends

Spin class
I haven't been to a spin class for a number of years. Tonight's class was one the best I've been to. Daryl delivered the class very professionally. I had a great workout and it was fun too. 10/10 !!

Wonderful kind staff member!
I travel down from Torbay to take my 6 year old grandson(who lives in Plymouth) swimming every 2 to 3 weeks. I love this place for swimming as it’s so good for children. The cafe is great and all the staff are always very friendly.
Today after changing for swimming I realised I had no towels!!! I asked reception if there were any that I could buy or an alternative that they could suggest when another member of staff (young man with curly hair) who I presume was just coming in to start his shift left and came back with 2 of his own clean towels for us. He really did go above and beyond for us and I can only say a really great big thank you. - you saved the day! What a wonderful kind young man and a credit to your organisation.

I joined in person at my local leisure…
I joined in person at my local leisure centre . Somehow they managed to register me under 2 memberships numbers .
They have suspended my account because they are asking for my blue light card ( I already showed this at the centre) I downloaded the app which tries to charge me ( I have a monthly membership.)
I emailed 2 days ago to ask them to sort it out .Still no response .
So far gave a lot of money for something I’ve beed unable to use !

Pre school swimming lessons
We have recently enrolled in the preschool swimming lessons (age3-5) where parents are not expected to join in the water. We were a little anxious at first, with our not so confident toddler, but needn’t have been. The swimming coaches have been brilliant and the group is small is nurturing. It’s magical to stand back back see the little ones laughing and swimming away.

Excellent experience at Saltash Leisure Centre
From the moment I walked in to make a membership enquiry, I was hugely impressed by this centre. The staff are helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I also find the booking system easy to use. Best of all, the provision for my daughter is the best I've ever experienced with a leisure centre as they run so many junior gym sessions throughout the week. After just a week of being a member she told me she felt 'healthier and happier' and I have to say, I feel the same! Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking rude staff
Absolutely shocking rude staff, poor facility. I'm a disabled person and I was made to leave the pool by staff to be told off for a child I didn't even know. I cant belive how rude the staff were. Will never go again.

Swimming pool is good and gym…
Swimming pool is good and gym facilities are good.
The jacuzzi needs to be refurbished and be a little warmer in terms of temperature as it’s not a pleasant experience.
Hope the changing facilities will get an upgrade in the new year as it really does need bringing up to todays standards

Clean changing rooms even after a school has just been in and lovely friendly staff
Pool at trust the right temp so your not freezing or too hot whilst swimming and overall the center is clean and extremely helpful for disabled people to get around. For swimming.

Very poor changing area.
Changing area, cramped, Small and in desperate need of refurbishment. No spinner for spinning bathing suits. Only 2 hairdryers and payment needed. No soap or shampoo in shower area. A lot of lockers broken.

Adult swim lesson
Had an adult swim lesson at Better leisure centre. Teacher was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I felt that I learnt a lot just in one lesson, will definitely be back.
