Better - Robinson Pools & Fitness Bewertungen 

I’ve been attending Robinson Pool since I was in my early teens and over the past few years, it’s clear that there’s been some outstanding changes, especially in the cleanliness and customer service side of the facility.

Just in the past year since Better took over from Fusion Lifestyle, the transformation has been amazing as there is clear evidence on almost a minute by minute basis that emphasis has been placed on keeping all areas of the Pools and changing areas clean and tidy.

Add to that, is the fact that there’s been quite a number of new members of staff coming into the team which promotes a feeling of being safe with the lifeguards overseeing the pools, but more importantly, it would appear that the customer service has most definitely also geared up a notch as I’ve personally observed that the staff are always ready and eager to help with any enquiries that are made, and all are most welcoming.

This development in the customer services side has gone to make attending the facilities all the more of a positive experience, one that has made me personally feel most comfortable and welcomed whenever I go for a swimming session.

It’s absolutely clear that Darren, the centre manager, has finally received from Better, all the ‘tools’ so to speak, to make Robinson Pool ‘the’ go to place for health and leisure activities in Bedford, and as such, I’m compelled to relay that staff members including Peter, Joanna, Jamie, Izabella, Damian, Igor, Dan, Vanessa, Hollie, Tony, Paul, Nick and Julia, all go towards making Robinson Pool a most enjoyable and welcoming experience.

Well done Darren, and of course to all your staff for being customer focused and making the centre so clean. Please keep up the great work as you’re all a credit to the Better organisation.

A great stretch out this afternoon at Mo's Yoga class. It's a friendly class, people from their twenties to seventies take part. I can't always manage all the moves, but the teacher will find alternatives for me. I only began yoga when the centre opened after the pandemic, as it was the first class to start, and now I prefer it to most other exercise.

Comprehensive choice of daily fitness classes at Robinson Pool, available throughout the morning, afternoon and evening. Yoga classes with Mo are welcoming, and well differentiated to enable all yogis, of all abilities, to enjoy and reach their potential. Mats, blocks and bands are available for use. Robinson's 33 metre pool is also a bonus, over a standard 25 metre pool.
