Very disappointing trampolining party…
Very disappointing trampolining party at Bath Leisure Centre. Complained to the duty manager who promised he would get the general manager to contact me…heard nothing. Contact Better via their webpage and no one bothered to contact me either.
A lot of children were seriously let down with a number of failings (not to mention the data breach of another parties waiver form being left on the reception desk for anyone to see). AVOID!!

For forgetting to cancel my membership with 20 days notice, they have me a 50% refund, which I was satisfied with.
