Only giving 1 star because there is no option to give anything less.

This company operates in a genuinely misleading and fraudulent way. I am currently issuing a complaint after they are refusing to payout on a winning bet of £120. I have sent official game results through to them but they are claiming that I placed the bet on a different game in order to get out of paying me my winnings, even though my Bet Ticket says otherwise.

You hear stories on the internet about Bookmakers that refuse payouts on large sums however this company refuses payouts on smaller sums as well.

I wish I would have seen all of these 1 star reviews before I opened an account with them. I am in the process of issuing a complaint to the UK Gambling Commission about how this company operates.

Had my account frozen.. they asked for my ID I sent all that through email and I’ve not had a response to say they’ve received my documents! Not only that, moments before bet froze my account they allowed me to deposit £452.. this is the worst service I’ve recieved I just want to be able to access my account and money, dreadful service. To lazy to reply.

I won a bet and they woudnt allow me to withdraw it without verification ive sent off all my documnets and more so they could resolve it quicker ive waited over 1 week now for a reply to any emails! No customer service whatsover and im still waiting for my money or even a reply from anybody

Absolute joke of customer services

Only giving 1 star as no option to give zero. Account suspended after 1 bet. No explanation or communication as to why. Joke of a betting site avoid at all costs.

I got a message saying my account was suspended but only for a few minutes (yeah sure) when was trying to withdraw
They then told me I needed to send them my details bank statements and proof of earnings
Took them a week to get back and asked for more information such as people's names on my bank statements. This is none of their business which I told them
They released my funds but then said they were concerned money laundering hahaha
And froze my account and could apply for it to be reopened in 6 months
If I was money laundering I would have been a damn sight smarter than sending my bank statements wouldn't I? Total morons
The staff are rude incompetent and struggle to speak English
I won't be applying to get my account reopened

They seem to have their own rules and do as they please. They had no problems with me depositing. Only when I wanted to withdraw did they go on about money laundering

Utter scum. Whoever runs this company should be arrested immediately as he is not capable of running a business that handles large amounts of cash.

Customer service team barely speak English & when they do there’s a 7 day delay between messages.

I’ve been dealing with Dalila & she is utterly hopeless.

My account has been locked for 2 weeks even though I have sent my ID documents over. (Their website says takes minutes to resolve) They have no live chat, no phonen umber, ignore emails and no complaints procedure hence - No customer service at all. Disgrace. I am still awaiting access to my account to withdraw 'MY' money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Take up to a week to reply to emails and that's after sending 10. Staff getting paid to do sweet nothing. Archiving/deleting emails at their own leisure. No live chat and no phone number. Shambles. Awaiting a refund/withdrawal for a month. Yes a month.....

At first I had my reservations with this betting agency because I had inputted my email address and deposited £20 into my account but it would not let me place a bet because it kept saying my email was wrong. I tried and tried again (inputting the correct email again and again) but I kept receiving a message saying the email had bounced.

I then contacted Betstars via their email. I sent this email at 16:04 and then got a reply at 16:46 (which is pretty efficient if you ask me.)

They advised that I use a different emailing address. I was using btinternet and they recommended gmail or hotmail. I followed this advise and it worked a treat! So for anyone who is having the same problem I had - just use a different email!

I'm only giving 4 stars because it would be useful if this betting agency had a phone number or a live chat in order for better communication. However I was impressed with how quickly they got back to me.

I give them 2* as recently they have started making the money go in your bank the next day not sure if this will last

do be fair they are willing to lay a okay bet on football and golf although am i not sure I would want to win a lot as I get the feeling any time they can just ask for more ID and slow things down and if you won a fortune they would drag it out before they paid and its not like you can call them to ask as people have said they're not reachable by phone which is a bit suspicious

The customer team leave a lot to be desired I have sent emails and they have been ignored or they haven't understood my basic question and asked what do you mean??
Also if they make a decision they dont change their mind and will just ignore you if you ask more. You could say they are blunt and quite rude in that regard. They are no Bet365 when it comes to Customer relations. They know best and they dont care what you say and question

If you are playing BJ
find a table on your own as I have played and the other people on the table are usually horrible
I have seen people with 8/8 stand against a dealer 9 card or hit on 16 against a 4 or stand on 15 against a dealer 10. They have no right playing when they cant even play to basic strategy, Totally screwing up the cards by their dumb play

also what annoyed me is that there are people talking online to the dealer when he or she is dealing to the players and the people chatting are not playing the game. They just talking to the dealer like they are best friends and chatting about how they have just woken up or they dont feel well and they dont even stop to think people are playing a game here for money. Fine if the table is empty but when people are playing at least have the decency to STFU

I have seen people be really rude to female dealers and also creep round them. Its not a chat room its a blackjack table. Guys thinking they have a chance with the female dealers is sad.

I think it must be in Eastern europe and I am guessing they earn minimum wage so shame there isnt no option to tip a few $$ especially to the ones who are happy when you win

Played live blackjack and there was no button to hit on the screen and ended up standing automatically on 10. And lost
Contacted them they did their investigation and found out surprise surprise that I was to blame it was my end!!! What an absolute crock of ****
I got in touch with the gambling commission but those no marks didn't want to know. Pathetic useless organisation

Worst company I've ever had an account with. Made me wait 48 after depositing before i could withdraw. In the interim my account was conveniently (for them) hacked and all funds stolen/spent. On other occasions asked for a mountain of documents which were never correct the first time round before simply withdrawing to the same card. Not at all convinced they aren't just going use all my details to fund more scams somehow. Absolutely one to avoid.

48-72 hours to verify after you make your 1st deposit, live chat assistants have no powers but are there to ease the frustrations rather than getting the job done, app is a bit last century. Avoid using this company, stick to the bigger online bookmakers, this company has a lot to learn

Had no issues betting and withdrawing funds. Didn't need to ask for ID as confirmed it using electoral roll, which saved me time. Also gave me some free casino spins, which was nice

i received a welcome back free £10 bet from betstars and i put the £10 on PSG to win again Man utd which they did but less than 5 mins after i placed the bet i was logged out and received a error saying my account was frozen i then emailed betstars and they informed me that i needed to send I.D to them which i have done (passport) i did that at 11:20am yesterday i have £50 sitting in my betstars account im not stopping until i have withdrew it. betstar are running their business wrongfully

Have to be one of the worst ever. They don't reply to emails and they don't have a number. They have hardly any markets and have a ridiculous maximum bet limit

I notice they don't advertise on oddschecker anymore. They don't care a fig what people think. They can't even be bothered to reply on here. Look at all the red reviews slaying them

Assolutamente da evitare. Servizio clienti inesistente e account bloccato temporaneamente (appena dopo essermi registrato) a causa di indagini sulla sicurezza. Dopo una settimana l'account è ancora inutilizzabile nonostante io abbia subito inviato i documenti. Non registratevi!

Take forever to reply via email and no phone to call them up on
live chat is pathetic and they say they will get back in touch with you

no live football events like other sites and bad prices too

also keep your money for 48 hours crying about fraud which never botherd them when you give them money

dont take a decent bet either. just a waste of time

The sites a bit laggy and the layout is horrendous but the service was fine.

Awful company, had to argue my case for 30 minutes on live chat to get my winnings on a horse race. They tried to void the bet after my horse had finished 3rd on an each way bet. They paid out in the end.
Then a week later I was told basically I could not bet with them, or if I could it was £0 on horse racing and a few quid on football. I have since requested to have my account closed. Avoid!!
