Only getting 1 star because I can't give them 0. Customer service is HORRIBLE and expedited shipping is fake. You get charged extra and the product does not get there within the timeframe you paid for. I reached out twice for an update to make sure my wedding shoes would arrive in time and they kept saying they can't do anything until it ships, then they say they can't do anything because it shipped. Never buying from here again. My email today says it is to arrive after my wedding. Extremely disappointed. Butter beware

I bought a pair of shoes to wear for my wedding. The strap broke within 2 hours (just taking pictures). When I contacted Betsey Johnson customer service they refused to give me a refund because it had been over 30 days (their return window). I was literally sold a trash quality product yet they won’t do the right thing and take them back. Their costumer service is a JOKE. I also wrote a negative review detailing what happened and they won’t publish it. VERY SCAMMY. Please do not order from this store.

I had ordered this beautiful white dress in a standard size large the size chart recommends a large for a size 12 and 14 but the dress says made in China so their sizes are different..a size large to them is a medium in u.s standards so I recommend going up 2 sizes.. if you wear a standard size u.s 14 ..I ordered a large and it fits too small not true to size also shipping does take a little over a week and it does state that in their web page if they have to look for it if it's out of stock or in another wearhouse..I gave them 4 stars due to how my dress looks and packaged it looks beautiful also there website does recommend return and or reselling the dress if you don't want it.

I ordered shoes for 1 day/overnight delivery for an event that was TODAY. A week later and they are still not here. They are refusing to refund me in full today, telling me I can only get my overnight shipping fee refunded today. Fedex has NO RECORD of the tracking number for the package. They are telling me I need to wait until tomorrow to see if the package arrives before I can get a full refund, meaning I have to call back again tomorrow, wasting more time.

Déjà mail de confirmation commande n’est pas sous le nom de la marque, mais avec l’adresse mail de « Master-visa », cela m’a semblé bizarre ! Commande passé le 19 juillet, pour les chaussure de mon mariage ! Colis marqué livré depuis le 7 août mais toujours rien. Au début échange de mail assez rapide avec Master visa, puis depuis que j’ai demandé un remboursement après quasiment 1 mois d’attente, plus rien !

I had to drive 10 miles to return an item, you have to go to a staples store!!!!! They charge restocking fee also. Easier to buy from Amazon or Zappos. Will not buy from Betsey Johnson again.

I ordered in December 3rd,2023 o pair of Diva Ivory boots, from Betsey Johnes company, and I paid 99$ for boots and 44.95$ for shipping, plus taxes. This was ok, but in January, 23rd, 2024 I received a letter from FEDEX that I still owe them another 56.60$. In total I paid 100.95$ for shipping and 99$ for boots. This is unfair and unprofessional. When I made the payment , I considered that I paid the total amount for the boots. It is unacceptable that after almost 2 months I received another amount of payment for shipping. Also, when I placed the order, the delivery time was 1 week not 1 month. I will never order anything from them again.

Beware: Terrible customer service all the way around. It took the company over a week to process the order. I get they’re not Amazon but a week just to acknowledge the order? Come on. Talked to someone in a chat on their website to try to find out the status. They said they didn’t know and didn’t have a way to find out. Smh. Then the order arrives later than they said it would. When I contact customer support via email they didn’t apologize nor did they acknowledge that there was even a problem. Oh, AND there’s a restocking fee lol. Do some searching for yourself, you will see they don’t have many good reviews on any website. Including this one. Buy shoes from someone else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I live in Germany and ordered a pair of cowboy boots on their website. It said ‚quick' delivery within 7-14 days. It‘s been 4 weeks and i still did not get the shoes. The best part is that they gave me a tracking number from China Post. Apparently something got delivered to my house with the matching tracking number. They sent me some cheap and ugly sunglasses instead of the shoes lol. I paid over 100€ for this. Biggest scam ever..
Really needed them for my wedding

Very bad quality !! I pre order this shoes then aterrived and my wife wear it then immediately the strip comes out!!! Very disappointing for the quality !!! Not even couple steps !! And they are her size!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, Betsey Johnson Australia, they take your money and don't send the product. I ordered 2 handbags for Christmas presents they charged $160 and told me it had been delivered. They supplied me with fake tracking information through China Post & a tracking number that is non existent in Australia. I have tried to get a refund and now they won't reply to my emails. This site should be taken down, innocent people are getting ripped off, DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD as no way of getting money back.
I purchase online all the time but will be very wary in the future.

These shoes are overpriced and the quality sucks. I have ordered twice from them and both times my shoes came damaged and one of them had clearly been a return. Do not buy from betsey johnson.

I've sent 8 emails and still no response . No contact number . I ordered boots 20 days ago, their site kept saying card error. It took my money for 2 pairs of the same pair of boots. I can't get through to them . And I've still not received anything . Disgrace...il will be going further with this

They have the worst customer service ever. I was missing items (extra gems) out of my recent purchase and I contacted their customer service. They made me send in proof of purchase, order number, etc. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't have any extra parts. I asked them why they even made me go through the trouble of locating all of that information if that was the answer. They just dismissed me again. If I am spending $150 on a pair of shoes that loses gems after one wear, but you can't even send me the spare gems that typically come with.. wow. I will not be purchasing from this brand until this is rectified.

Runs VERY small. Maybe it's a size 7/8? We are very disappointed, as there is NO time to order another outfit- our Holiday Parade is in 2 days. I buy another one from uushous e.com. This time it turns out to be absolutely amazing. Fit perfect, true to size
