The service was very good but I am rather disappointed in the purchase of the Decoy Falcon. I was hoping to stop the pigeons from landing on my roof top, TV aerial, garage roof etc. and so get rid of their mating calls at 5.0am, but they don't seem that bothered about the Falcon. I have put it in various places in the garden but I am not having the success I had hoped for.

My decoy owl, arrived damaged. Without question and within 24hrs of notifying Best Pest Control, a brand new replacement was sent.

Fantastic, fast service from start to finnish.

Iwill wait 1 week more and then I ws my opinion.

If only all online stores were as good as this one!!

I was not having a great summer trying to keep pigeons off new grass, i thought for @£20 a decoy owl/hawk may have some effect. I bought the owl, but for all the effect it has had i may as well not have bothered,for 5 days now the pigeons /jackdaws have paid it no attention at all.To crown it all when moving the owl to a "better" position i dropped it and the head fell off. Not a great experience, but the supplier does appear to be very aware of their customers opinion.

Item was just as described and was delivered in good time. Not had a chance to use it yet but I'm sure it works fine. The pest I 'm trying to deter has not been seen since I received the gismo, so, I guess it works really well.

I bought a bed bug proof mattress encasement from Best Pest Control recently because we were being eaten alive by bed bugs, both big and small. Eek. None of the pesticides helped. The mattress encasement covered the mattress completely with whatever is living in there and now we have noticed a great decline in the number of bites.

Too soon to say whether this device does what it says on the box, but I have seen the rabbits look at it with interest from a few metres away (day 2). Easy to assemble and install.

Ordered online which was very easy and straightforward and goods arrived in a couple of days - cant ask for more.

I bought a cat scarer from this company as they say it would chase the little "gits" away from my garden( which they use as a toilet,) I have tried all the other known and tested ideas, ie pepper/certain types of plants/bottles etc etc to no avail. This company said delivery in seven days, they took three days, they said a month or so to work properly once sited, it took effect from day one. would I reccomend them to others...aye without doubt.

it is the second one I have bought,why,because they do what it says on the box/advert.

My order arrived the next day. Unfortunately they'd sent the wrong thing, but as soon as I contacted them they sent the correct item immediately. I recommend them.

Would be more than happy to use again.
