Oredered a bradn new item with limited stock and availability from manufacturers. Was delivered within a week,

The item I ordered was a new model and out of stock (which I was told over the phone before I ordered online). When the item arrived in stock on a Friday I recieved it on the Monday, within the hour time slot specified. Very friendly people, good prices and the freebies were good too.

Good price; good communication, prompt replies to emails; excellent delivery setup; site could be more accurate.

Ordered a Lumix camera on the afternoon and it arrived the next day on standard delivery.
Good competetive price and 3 year warranty. The only downside, the FREE camera case was not big enough for the camera and lens.
Would certainly use again.

I e-mailed Best Cameras to check stock availability. Got a prompt response that the camera kit I was interested in was in stock. Ordered it on Monday evening (08.11.10) and paid a modest sum for next working day delivery. It was despatched on Tuesday 09.11.10 and delivered yesterday 10.11.10. I was able to track the camera in transit & received a text and e-mail from the courier confirming delivery time within an hour. I couldn't find this camera kit as cheaply anywhere else on the web and it came with a free case and 8Gb SD card. The transaction not only met, but exceeded my expectations in every way. First class.

This is the first time I have dealt with Bestcameras. After selecting the camera I wanted and going through the checkout etc, I was then sent an e-mail telling me that the item was out of stock. This was slightly annoying as it could have stated this on the web site before I placed the order. However, after speaking to customer services I was assured that the item would be in stock in a week’s time and that no funds will be taken until the item is delivered. Following this I received a phone offering me a different colour that was in stock. I said I would wait for the original item I wanted.

Sure enough a week later I received a confirmation email for delivery. The texts and emails kept me well informed and the item was delivered to me on the day they said it would so, you can’t ask for any better than that can you? I don’t know how big the company is but the service was excellent and it’s always nice to deal with real friendly understanding people on the phone that know exactly what you want. 5 Stars for me and I will be using them again.

A first class service - goods ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours. I was kept informed from start to finish by email and text and goods were delivered dead on time. Always a bit apprehensive when using a company for the first time as not too sure of any problems that may arise but I now have full confidence in recommending this Company to family and friends. I am so impressed!

I had to wait for my camera for over a month, when it finally arrived the seal was broken and the advertised 4GB card wasn't included.

Customer service was good, they sent me the card and said 'my box wasn't sealed because they do random security checks', I am not sure I believe that.
I will not be using them again.

I ordered a Nikon S8000 after reading numerous reviews. Bestcameras had a very competitive price with free SD card, leather case and 3 year warranty. There was slight delay in delivery as they were awaiting stock but I was kept informed by e-mail. DPD delivered the item exactly when they said they would in a one hour window which I was informed of in advance by text - no waiting in all day! I am very happy with the service and would both use this company again and be happy to recommend them to others.

I received my camera within 20 hours of ordering it. I was informed by text of the hour's time slot I had been allotted - what a fantastic service! I made 2 phonecalls prior to ordering as I needed clarification on a couple of things. I can honestly say that the last time I received such friendly, helpful service was when I ordered my previous (now lost) camera from here. This firm could teach others a thing or two about customer service! I have recommended them to anyone who'll listen!

The camera I ordered has just come out from Sony and I put a pre-order in with bestcameras. This has been confirmed and there were emails telling me always about the stage of my order. As soon as Sony delivered it has been dispatched with trackable DPD and delivery was exact at the suggested time.

Ordered pm friday, received confirmation e-mail and follow up e-mail on despatch advising delivery 1 hour slot. Goods arrived in middle of time slot.
Price was also cheapest I could find.

There was no better deal available for my Panasonic FZ45. On the telephone the staff were helpful and happy to give advice. Although the camera was not in stock when I placed my order I was given a delivery date which turned out to be spot on. And best of all, the price was unbeatable, and for a model new to the market.

Very good communication and having checked many suppliers found the price of my Panasonic G2 very favourable.

My camera was delivered exactly 24 hours after I ordered it. The courier delivered it within the hour they said it would. I am very impressed with the service and can definitely recommend Bestcameras.

Within 5 minutes of placing the order on the web for a Panasonic Lumix I received a phone call advising me that the required colour was not immediately available.Was able to select an alternative offered which was delivered the next working day. I was kept informed at all times of progress.I have absolutely no qualms in recommending this company and will always use it for my photographic needs in the future. I was in South Africa when I started searching for the best deal I could find on a Sony. The package I decided upon was a Sony A390. I found Best using Google. The package offered was just what I wanted at the right price with an added bonus of a carry case.

As soon as I got back to England I put the order in on a Saturday expecting it to be dispatched to arrive after Monday for I was in London on that day. I had to delay delivery until Tuesday as the camera was dispatched immediately.

I received an Email giving details of the expected time and then a SMS with the details. At the right time the camera arrived ~ well packed and complete.
