It’s always a pleasure having an appointment with Sophie. I was in for a check up and hygiene appointment. She always takes the time to explain everything and make sure I’m comfortable. Sam came recommended by a friend, he was extremely professional and thorough with giving me information and drawings etc…of what me new teeth could look like. I was very nervous at having veneers but he filled me with confidence from start to finish, he reassured me that it would be fine and he was right, it is fine and I love my new smile 😊 All the team in Marlow are super friendly.

My journey with Bespoke Smile was quite long - almost a year between the initial “discovery” phone call to the final (amazing) result. The look of my tooth has always been a concern of mine and made me very self-aware of the way I spoke and smiled. But I was equally concerned of veneers having a very “fake” appearance…until I found dr. Sam.
My upper and lower teeth needed dr. Lydia intervention first for straightening and the most suitable option was having braces fitted top and bottom, which I kept for 6 months! Dr. Lydia has been amazing in supporting me throughout this first part of the journey that was so worth as preliminary to have my veneers fitted. In October eventually the day for my trial smile came and then the final veneers fitted in November gave me the dream smile I always wanted. Dr. Sam is a true artist and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Now I feel free to smile, be confident and finally wear that red lipstick that I always avoided (as putting loads of emphasis on the teeth I wanted to hide). Thank you, defining this a life changing experience is definitely not an overstatement!

Sam Jethwa and the BeSpoke Smile team are amazing. I have wanted veneers for a long time, as my teeth were slightly crooked and also yellow. The trial smile was great and gave me a real taster of what the final teeth shape would be like. I requested some small changes to the teeth shape - which Sam was more than happy to make. When the teeth were made into porcelain, they really were amazing and so much better than expected. I am so happy with my final teeth. So many people have complimented me on how natural they are and how good they look. I had been on and off about getting some cosmetic work done to my teeth for years. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, I knew all the different options, so I asked Lydia for her opinion and I was amazed by her refreshing approach of explaining why composite bonding wouldn’t be suitable for me (I’d expect other dentists to push you towards getting composite bonding, regardless of how your teeth are!) - Lydia scanned my teeth, and then explained that because of the way my bite was, I would chip the bonding. She suggested the best long-term solution would be Invisalign to help my bite, which would then make cosmetic/restorative work achievable in the future should I need it. She even sent me an image after the consultation of how my teeth would look after. I know Invisalign is the best option for long-term health of my teeth, but it’s just a bit out of budget for now - I will definitely go back to Lydia when the time is right. From consultation to the final review, I felt in really safe and caring hands, not something I can say I’ve felt before at other dentists. We settled on teeth whitening and the results are fantastic, my friends and family all saying I look really healthy but not quite realising what I’d had done, exactly the natural result I was after. The Boutique whitening at home kit is so easy. I told Lydia I have really sensitive teeth, and guess what, I had no sensitivity to the whitening! Really thrilled that I have a dentist and practice I can go to and feel relaxed, knowing the care, treatment and after care is outstanding. Thanks Lydia!

It started with a video call from Anna who gave me an idea of the process and a rough guide on costs, Anna is lovely and made sure I knew I would be in safe hands. I then visited the surgery and met with Dr Lydia Sharples, I had a consultation and every step was planned and explained, finance options arranged and future appointments all booked for me. Dr Lydia is the most amazing dentist I have ever seen, she makes you feel at ease, reassured, comfortable and you just know you are in the best hands when you see her.
I am now just over a year in and I’ve never been prouder of my smile! I no longer fear the dentist surgery and I can finally smile with a new confidence, it feels amazing!
