Brought 2 sets of lights to a total of £702 , on the 7th February and waited the 3 to 4 weeks delivery, after 5 weeks we emailed Bespoke lights and then recieved a email from "Lynn" that they are in liquidation and to contact the liquidator.
We have twice with no response.
We have noted that the Bespoke lights website is still active as well as other lighting supply businesses offering the exact lights ,under a different name , but trading from the same address .
Stay way clear.

Just received an email from Lynn at BLC telling me they’ve gone into liquidation- HELP!!! I’m £600 out of pocket.

For heaven sake don’t buy from this company they are liars. I put an order in, waited four weeks, contacted them to ask where my order was and they said it will be slightly delayed but don’t worry. Never heard from them so they never intended to send the item. Fortunately I got my money back from the bank, not from the company. STAY AWAY

Dreadful DO NOT BUY took my money £504 on 1st Jan for a light they don’t have and can not get, tried to sell me something I didn’t want, Lyn was happy to email me when trying to sell me something I didn’t want. I asked for a refund it’s now 19th Jan and NO REFuND and will not reply to my emails, will now go to credit company to Investigate fraud.

Twice the price of other retailers for the same item and, when I cancelled the order, I was told the refund would take 10-14 days.

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this co. Simply awful customer service. Lampbase arrived damaged, clearly not checked before being sent, so no quality control in place despite their terms and conditions, and a nightmare to return.

Lovely lights and the best customer service EVER. Thank you Lynne and the team. I bought some gorgeous lights a few years ago and took them with me when I moved last year, But in the move some fixing plates were lost and the ceiling was a different height so I needed some extension rods. The sales team sourced both of those items for me at different times, they were extremely prompt in the their communication and so helpful . i wish other companies followed suit.

I wish I’d experienced the kind of service mentioned in the 5-star reviews; my experience was so poor that I’m sorry to be giving one star. I ordered two lamp bases only to find out two weeks later, when I contacted them to chase my order, that not only were they not in stock, but they were also no longer being manufactured. I asked for a refund on 29th October and was told it would take 10-14 days for the money to appear in my account. I was still waiting for my refund on 18th November and so had to contact them again (the money was then refunded immediately). No apology was forthcoming; in fact, there has been a complete lack of customer service overall. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

We found the light we wanted and ordered it. Unfortunately, despite the large amount of packaging, the glass shade was damaged, presumably in trasit. After a phone call the problem was resolved easily and quickly with pictures of the damaged part emailed to them. The replacement arrived and the light fitted, which we are truly delighted with. Thank you Alix and Emma for your speedy response

Really pleased with my new chandelier and wall lights, they even followed up with bulb suggestions. Delivery was really quick and the lights were well packaged. They look ace and competitively priced. Would definitely use them again.

Such lovely lighting products, great website and speedy delivery. My lights arrived carefully packed, perfect condition for fragile items, speedy delivery. They haven’t been fitted yet…but they will look gorgeous over the mirror in my bathroom. Highly recommend this business

Made a few enquiries about external gate post lights, always got a prompt, helpful and friendly response. Found the perfect lights, with correct bulb details to order at the same time. Arrived well packed. Can’t wait to see them in place, I will add photos as soon as they’re fitted. Great company to deal with, a real family feel about the service.

I ordered 3 bulkhead Captains lights online and received them a couple of days later. Excellent quality and service so I highly recommend.

Bought a Tiffany Lilly table lamp, made in the UK at a reasonable price. The manuacture and delivery of the lamp was faster than anticipated. The lamp was well packaged and the quality was fantastic. Much better than similar, cheaper table lamps I have seen and much more weight to it, Good communication throughout.

I ordered my light on the 29th December and it was delivered on the 6th January , very pleased with there service.

Great product and service. Well made lamp delivered quickly at busy time of year.
