Evy was very friendly, considerate and knowlegable. Another young lady brought me a bottle of water as I was coughing and another lovely lady knew my name when I went to collect the bed pack and gave me some great advice on disabled parking in Witney in consideration of my 89 year old mother. I was kept informed at all times and was contacted the day before to confirm an window for delivery. The gentlemem who delivered the bed, took the old one and put together the new one, were so polite, friendly and quick. It was such a pleasure to deal with this company, which, sadly, cannot be said for very many in this day and age.

Riza at the Witney store was fantastic with us, and really helped us choose what worked best for us. We ended up actually buying mattresses for the kids as well as us! Until we were told Riza had only been working there for a couple of weeks, we had no idea. She was so competent and happy to help, it was refreshing. We have now received our order and are very happy with the results. Thank you!

We had a faulty mattrss and after the Bed technician had been out and we needed a replacement mattress, we very soon had the new mattress delivered. Both the delivery people were very kind and courteous. Arriving on time .

The lady in the Witney shop was very helpful. She took the time to explain and select the right bed and pillows for us. The delivery process was smooth. I was kept informed at every stage of when delivery was to be made and got a phone call on the correct morning from one of the delivery men to confirm. They were cheerful and obliging. The whole service was excellent from start to finish and we are very pleased with the new mattress.

Very pleased with our service at Bensons Witney. The salesperson, I think it was Hannah was lovely, informative and helpful. Good communication before bed arrived, delivered with ease.

Always happy to recognise great service and that's what we got from Bensons from the minute we walked into the showroom, through the sales process and the delivery. Everything worked as it should. Knowledgeable sales staff, easy finance process, great communication about build progress and delivery. First class. Shame we only buy a new bed so infrequently.

The Witney store has friendly staff and a good variety of beds and mattresses and also has the sleep pro which helps you choose the right firmness. Sales aren’t forced either which is nice
