Staff friendly and knowledgeable and made the purchase easy

Lots of choices of mattress in store to try. The store assistant was helpful and gave lots of information about the different types available. She gave us time to look around and decide but was available to speak to when needed. She was also very patient and helpful with our dog.

Absolutely lovely service. All questions I had were answered. Polite advice was offered, without being pushy (highly appreciated!). I had the bed frame and mattress more or less picked before coming over so the buying process was seamless and rather quick.

I was greeted with a real welcome, as I entered the store. The sales assistant who's name is Carol looked after me taking into account my disabilities. She explained everything I tried the tester bed and decided on a medium. She showed me all the mattresses suitable. She was lovely and made my whole shopping experience enjoyable

Very friendly and patient sales lady (Carol). Great setup in the test bed system that made perfect sense in choosing which mattress met our needs. Wide choice of products to choose from ranging in cost. It became difficult in choosing between three in the end but with extra help from Carol we nailed it. All in all, a great shopping experience with a super friendly staff experience.

I was greeted nicely on entering the store and the Gentleman was very patient with me and very helpful and explained everything very clearly and listened to what I wanted - evening too opening the fire door for natural light to come in to show of the bed in question I bought in the end.

The manager of the store helped me identify what type & firmness of mattress was best for me, and then left me to try out their range in my own time. I felt well-informed but under no pressure to purchase anything, which is great. When I wanted to make a purchase, the manager sorted me out a good price and arranged mattress recycling and delivery quickly. The mattress arrived when it was supposed to, my old mattress was removed and the new one installed very efficiently, and by friendly delivery people. All in all, I can't fault the service provided.
