Very helpful staff by helping my elderly mom find the right rise & recline bed. It did take 6 weeks but it was explained to us before hand.
There were issues on delivery delivery drivers couldn’t be bothered to try to get bed upstairs. But 2nd delivery my husband was there & it was all sorted. The mattress was a tempura & it was delivered 1st time. The service from Bensons was outstanding & recommended

The company r doing really well with my experience with them was fantastic very polite the young man who sold us the bed was really nice his name was kay overall great experience in the shop and delivery was really good did there job so good thank you all so much

Our experience at Bensons Wednesbury was amazing. We were greeted by Rob and he put us on the bed stimulator which then found us options of the best mattresses within budget, as we had no idea where to start. Eventually we found one thanks to Rob. He is a credit to the company, he was professional, patient, friendly and his customer service was second to none. Other staff at this branch also seemed really friendly too. Would definately recommend to family & friends.

I visited Bensons for Beds in Wednesbury on Friday 31st July to purchase a new bed and mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From the moment I arrived, Meshaq made me feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he genuinely focused on helping me find the bed and mattress that suited my needs best.

One thing that really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was. He encouraged me to try a range of different mattresses, explaining the differences between each one and giving me plenty of time to lie on them and compare how they felt. His guidance made it so much easier to find the right mattress, and I felt confident that I was making the right decision rather than just guessing.

What I appreciated most was that the whole experience felt honest and genuine. At no point did I feel like I was being given a sales pitch or pushed towards a particular product. Meshaq answered all of my questions thoroughly, listened to my preferences, and gave helpful advice without any pressure. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it really made a difference.

Thanks to Meshaq’s professionalism, patience, and excellent customer care, I left feeling excited about my purchase and confident that I’d chosen the right bed and mattress. He is a real credit to the Wednesbury store, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bed or mattress to ask for him. From when my bed was delivered,they was so quick and efficient to put it together up and running within 10 minutes very good night sleep we have have since we got it

As soon as we walked in we had a very helpful lady that’s showed us lots of different beds until we found the one that suited us.
We didn’t feel rushed at all

Kerry was great, she showed me beds and frames / mattresses to my comfort and price range. She also showed me items that were better than what i planned to buy for a similar price.

She was thorough and patient while I figured out what I needed. Went through prices with me.

From entering the wednesbury bensons store we were treated brilliantly kerry understood exactly what we were looking for in a mattress and even asked my husband who is in a wheelchair if he wanted to try out the mattress and if he felt uncomfortable with her being there she would walk away, so having that kind of compassion is rare, well done for the service we had and everything was explained thoroughly 👍

Excellent service from start to finish

On the 04/07/26, I purchase a bed & also a mattress.
I was helped by wondering sales assistance called KAY. ( Wednesbury store)
He was so helpful, down to earth, no pressure approach, well knowledgeable & a big credit to the whole store & the department.
I was a 1000% happy with my purchases & i would recommend the store 1000%.

The boys who delivered were fantastic, really informative and helpful thank you both at the shop the staff were really helpful too
