Delivery drivers don't call ahead.
No call from the delivery drivers which I was relying on as I work close to home and was going to meet up with them. Fortunately I was watching the tracker they provide and saw they were nearly at my house. I caught them but only just, otherwise I'd have had to reschedule the appointment.

Previously, my wife and I bought a new bed from your main competitor Dreams, and we haven't been 100% happy with it, despite going to the showroom and discussing the issues. As Bensons Beds is in the locality, my wife and I went there in search of a new bed. We looked at the beds displayed, and selected the one which we wanted. We found an assistant who came over and really impressed me at his knowledge of the bed we wanted, his ability to discuss the pricing issue, the delivery schedule and so on. It wasn't then difficult to inform the assistant that he had got the sale, the paperwork was completed without any fuss, and we are now awaiting it's arrival(the bed that is!!!)
