Bensons For Beds - Thurrock561 Bewertungen

Was undecided on what bed I wanted when I first went in but Sheela was brilliant and showed me different styles and helped me settle on a perfect option for me.

Jodie was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and personable.

Fantastic purchasing experience. Andrea was very knowledgeable and made sure that we were buying the right bed for us.

My mum purchased a Mattress from your Thurrock store which she was very pleased with. The Mattress cover has all puckered and stretch in a few months. I have contacted Benson's customer service 3 times. They have said she has to deal with the manufacturer who said he will visit this week. So far the manufacturer has not turned up or confirmed he is still coming. I think your after sales is very poor.

My experience was great. For the minute we stepped into the shop it was very welcoming. Our Assistant was fantastic she knew exactly what she was talking about.

Wow what can I say! I am so happy with the customer service from Idris and that fact we manage to get the bed was wanted at good value. Me and my partner are very excited and couldn’t stop tell our family member at the quality of mattress and service in the branch.

Had the fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds Lakeside. Informative, friendly and stressful. Was looking to purchase a new bed and mattress, and a new mattress for our bed. Like any consumer, we looked around, but our minds, I think we're already made up. The sales woman who delt with us was top class. Never pushed for us to buy, just gave us all the options to come to a decision. Very happy with the price and delivery date given. Top class. Well done.

Had the best experience with Chris at the Thurrock branch. He was able to help me order the bed I wanted within minutes. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Would definitely go back if I need any additional beds in future!

Great product, great deal and the service we got from Sheela at the Lakeside store was fantastic. She was very helpful in getting the right product for us without the typical sales push.

Sheela was very helpful and informative

I gave 5 stars because the sales lady was so good she talked and explained all about the mattresses that we was I interested in. She wasn't pushy at all and let us take our time to decide on what one to buy her name was Andrea

Staff were great listened to us and gave options foe all parts of the bed.

Asha was so informative and friendly when we came to store to buy our mattress, we were shown lots of your ranges and given advice in a non pushy friendly way she was a delight and an asset to your company .

Great customers service. Product specs explained and what specials were on.

Great experience, i was quiet apprehensive finding the perfect bed but manager Ben knew all the product information which made choosing a bed easy. Shout out to Asha who walked me through the customer experience.

The staff who served us were very patient with communication as we are Deaf

We went to your lakeside shop and we was most impressed with Christopher he is an absolute pleasure happy helpful knowledgeable young man . He couldn’t do enough for us what a wonderful guy.
