We were a bit disappointed after paying over £5000 on a bed and mattress to find if your require additional items that was not ordered at the time of purchase you have to pay an additional £49 delivery.
Buyer beware is what I say to anybody who is buying furniture from this store.

Professional and helpful
When choosing a new mattress the staff at Tamworth were very helpful and patient. It was useful having different mattresses to try out.
Further-when the mattress was recently delivered there was a problem that needed sorting out.
I contacted the Customer Service on WhatsApp who dealt with and resolved the matter very courteously and very efficiently.

Bensons for Beds Excellent Service
Fantastic service received from two great delivery guys who called us first to let us know how far away they were.
The men were friendly and efficient who respected our property.
They built our new bed efficiently and they cleared all the packaging, took it with them and left no mess behind. They explained how to push the bed back down without damaging it when using the ottoman as storage underneath.
Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend this company without hesitation. This is our 3rd ottoman style bed from Bensons for Beds which speaks for itself.
From ordering in store through to the delivery we can’t fault them.
