Customer service was excellent. Staff were knowledgeable, guided us to the products we were looking for and gave enough space for us to discuss and walk around the store.

A very good experience when taking my 82yr old Mum to purchase a new mattress in store. The sale advisor was friendly, helpful and showed us around without being in our faces. She explained any queries we had and my Mum decided on a mattress with no hassle. It'll be delivered Fri she can't wait as she couldn't get on with her new memory foam mattress. The young lady that served me was very helpful and extreemly personable. The only disappointment was that the bed I wanted had a huge discount for be taken away that day , i asked the size and it was a king size and not a double size that I needed.

Patient and helpful sales team, plus the store was full of options to choose from. It would probably help to reduce the time in the shop if we've clarified the available budget at the start. Overall happy so far, just let's see once the mattress is delivered how good it is to sleep on.

All the staff in the Swansea branch were very helpful, polite and friendly. Sara’s knowledge of the products she sells really helped us in deciding which bed is right for us and resulted in a purchase. The same cannot be said of the staff in the Llanelli branch. Not only did they not acknowledge us, but did not offer to help. They preferred to sit down at the desk and talk and drink amongst themselves. Won’t be visiting that branch again.
