Talked us through all the options and recommended the right mattress and got us to try different ones out to see how each one felt like and we decided to go with his recommendation as we felt it was the right one, should have listened to him plus they where cheaper than everyone else

I was in the stirling branch , I had been looking for a mattress for a number of weeks due to having fibromyalgia.

I was helped with a lady named Autumn she was brilliant from start to finish and was very helpful and sympathetic she knew exactly what mattress would be best for me to try and took her time to explain each mattress with the pros and cons with someone with my condition . She also gave me plenty time to try the mattress out and made the whole experience very comfortable and not rushed . She also gave me some advice on a pillow to keep my neck aligned. After weeks of searching I finally found a mattress that will meet my needs which was the igel 3000i . I am looking forward to receiving the mattress which also is within a week of the order. I would definitely recommend bensons for their customer services and knowledge of their products .

We came into the stirling store with a vision and after two minutes Autumn came across to turn that vision into reality. She found us the perfect Mattress and bed frame for our new home. She walked us through all our options and was a continued support throughoutthe process. I would highly recommend using the stirling branch and Autumn if you want excellent supportive customer service and a great product.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great service and no pressure to buy, gave us plenty of options of mattress”s and spent time explaining different types of mattress’s that would suit and be comfortable for me.

Great customer service, a lovely comfy bed, and a good price too!

Really impressed with the delivery and build of our new bed. The delivery team kept us informed of their arrival, turned up on time and then just got on with the task. They were polite and friendly, they knew what they were doing and I appreciated how much care they took. They did a great job and our new bed is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Visited today with my very elderly mother , we were attended by a salesperson called Autumn , she took a great deal of time and patience with my old maw which is very much appreciated as she is quite deaf . Autumn was a star , genuinely nice to deal with , took lots of time to help her on and off the beds . Didn’t push her to Mone thing or another to get a fast sale , I will be calling the customer service to pass on praise there tomorrow
