The overall experience at Bensons was really good. The staff in the shop were very knowledgable, polite and helpful. The delivery guys arrived on time and did their job efficiently and quickly.
The only downside was that they parked their vehicle on the grass verge outside our house and when they drove away the tyres on the vehicle made a terrible mess and it looks like a ploughed field which really annoyed me but by this time they had gone. I don’t know if Bensons will acknowledge this as I did let them know on my review to them.

Excellent customer service. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason for 4 stars is wait on delivery time. Expected to get the bed and bed frame a little sooner. (2.5 weeks)

The bed we bought is good, we hope, very new so can’t tell yet! It was quite expensive, plus the base and headboard were also a considerable amount!
We did end up paying for a few extras which we were not told the price for and it came as a surprise that our pillows cost @£64! Each! However, I’m not sure if these were included in the Boxing Day sale? Still, they were quite a price! I am glad we got the Boxing Day sale!

The sales lady was really nice, very patient, helpful and not pushy. Showed us options and let us make our decision.

Up to now matress ok, only time will truley tell, DON'T expect good delivery experiance as this depends on which crew you get. First matress delivery very good, second matress delivery left down staires for my wife and myself to carry up staires as they said they may damage matress if they took it upstaires, not willing to take responsibilty WASTE OF TIME!!!

I had got weeks to go before my delivery and having ordered the extra firm mattress, I changed my mind and wanted to change it for a firm one. Having paid £40 incase i changed my mind about the mattress I realised that yes, you can change your mind but only once your original order has been delivered, you keep it for a minimum of 5 nights then you can change......for a fee of 10% of the cost of the mattress, I hope, I hope its not for the whole order otherwise it would cost me around £190!!!! What a rip off!! I dont understand WHY i just couldn't change it beforehand when I still had weeks before delivery 🙃 its just a total con. Benson beds have been totally unreasonable in this case and would NEVER buy from or recommend them to anyone. In actual fact 2 people in my family are looking to replace their beds in the New Year so thats probably 3-£4000 they have missed out of, just because they wouldn't let me swap from ex-firm to just firm. Also, the distribution building is 200 mtrs from the shop I bought it from!!!!! Crazy 🤪 Do Not Buy from Bensons beds unless you are 1000% your order is exactly what you need/want. I am also a disabled lady whose just been diagnosed with brittle bone disease....they didn't care about this. They still wanted their 10% to give it back after delivery of original. What a load of RUBBISH!
