Staff in the store were very friendly
Staff in the store were very friendly, helpful and patient especially as I changed my mind over the mattress and headboard after my initial order. I was kept informed about delivery and the two lads who delivered it were absolutely charming and set everything up efficiently. Delighted with the bed and have slept well. It is a bit on the tall side but I'm sure I'll get used to that.
Would certainly recommend this company.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a vast knowledge of all the mattresses available, are happy to spend time discussing our needs, answering our questions and what are the best options for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision.

Fantastic customer care all round
Good range of beds to choose from but above all the excellent care and knowledge of the salesperson, Richard who was wonderful. The delivery people were also brilliant even putting over shoes on before coming into our flat which is up two flights of stairs. The bed is well made and very comfortable. Everyone happy and sleeping better.

Terrible service
Ordered a tempur mattress and was assured it would be delivered to my attic bedroom. Delivery arrived and was told it was too cold to go up the stairs as mattress not flexible enough so it was left on middle floor landing.
Had to get family member to help my husband move it as I couldn't help due to being disabled.
Very poor communication between store and delivery team and poor customer service

Mattress and headbord
We ordered a mattress and headboard,the products are great but I think the delivery could have been better ,it turned up in the allotted time ,but they couldn't fit the headboard as they didn't have a screwdriver?and also didn't remove the protector covers on the corners of the mattress only small things but thought it could have been better.

Fast and easy purchase
Lovely lady at the entrance. Asked us if we wanted any assistance when we first walked through then we was left to it. Kindly let us borrow her tape measure and then it was a very quick sale with her. Was there probably 30 minutes and it was the first bed shop we went in and made our purchase swiftly.
