Christelle at the Oxford store provided excellent and friendly service. She was very welcoming and patient and took the the time with me to cover all my options for a new bed and mattress. In the end I bought a lovely divan base and headboard thanks to Christelle's help.

The sales staff were very friendly and helpful; text messages kept me informed about my order; the delivery guys called the night before delivery - I was first on their list; phone call half an hour before delivery and then the guys were friendly and prompt. We popped into the Botley branch with the intention of just having a look. We needed a new bed but I had put it off because I'm disabled and some stores are not understanding. Well Christelle what a breath of fresh air. She was caring and didn't rush us, she even opened the lift door for us. Honestly I wanted to buy the whole store from her. (I did buy a bed actually). It was the best customer service I have seen in years. She's a credit to your company. Well done.

Staff in the Oxford store spent a good deal of time with me to make sure I was buying the right mattress for me. Then the delivery team was very efficient: arrived on time and set everything up within 20 minutes. Cannot think of a single criticism from beginning to end of this purchase.

Genuinely, this was such a brilliant experience. We visited the shop a couple of times and all of the members of staff were so kind and patient. They helped with ordering, and the process of getting it chosen and delivered couldn’t have been easier. My husband and I were really impressed, and will definitely use them again in the future.
