Bought a two beds from new Malden branch sold me insurance aswel for 5 years which will cover accidental damage within space of 10 months both broken I did contact them they send a technician which send me a report says misuse of the product I mean beds are crap and the insurance company is useless they are trying to say I whole life I was using bed wrong beds are not for sleeping it just for showcase you can’t just sleep on your bed what I waste of money spend over 2k

Staffs were very pleasant and helpful, giving us plenty of time to choose and try the mattresses. We were given some very good advice, no hard sell.

Somehow we managed to get the mattress that we needed amongst the chaos of a clearance sale, thanks to the help of Monika.
Brand new, rolled up and straight onto the back seat of our Mini.
Not installed yet, hence not the full 5 stars.

Great service. Although for the amount of money, I would hope the assembly would be included in the delivery. As I mentioned to the sales agent I have had recent back surgery.

My questions on the difference between two beds were answered by the knowledgeable sales assistant who also directed me to a choice of bed heads. A Smooth efficient purchase including a delivery date with no hard selling. Value for money.

The gentleman who dealt with my purchase at Bensons for Beds in New Malden was just brilliant. He made the choosing of bed frame, mattress, headboard etc so straightforward. He had expert knowledge and was informative but not pushy. He was courteous and even retrieved my phone that had been left on a bed. A big thank you to him

We were lucky enough to have Monika look after us yesterday who was key to our wonderful experience in Bensons. Her charm and wit made us want to buy the mattress from her as she delivered all the relevant information making us laugh as she went. It helps that the product was their own brands, iGel, and was perfectly suited to our needs for a firm, high quality mattress with a 10 year guarantee we reassured us of they were confident it will last.

We lay on so many mattresses in multiple stores but a combination of Monika and the superior iGel offering meant we placed an order which we will be sleeping on next Monday night (that's correct, we placed the order yesterday and it will be delivered on Monday - no 3 week wait).

A very detailed, expertly and friendly session with Anil from the sales team made our trip extremely successful and we were able to purchase what we needed and based on our experience we would highly recommend Benson and in particular Anil for relevant purchases.

We visited the New Malden store to purchase a mattress for our daughter, upon entering the store we were looking around and were ignored by one of the staff members who was sitting on their phone and ignored us.

I got very frustrated and went downstairs to find the other member of staff well Monika saved the day she was amazing explained which mattress was the better value one that had alot of springs, we ordered the mattress there and then, Thank goodness for Monika as the other sales rep couldn't be bothered !

Monika the lady that delt with me was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure for me to rush in fact she told me to take my time and showed me different types of mattresses.
Once I had made my decision she explained payment and went through all my options really carefully and highlighted relevant information.

Helpful staff. He explained everything clearly and patiently. So we found our desired option.
