Very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait to long for delivery. My only issue would be the amount of text messages and emails you receive is rediculas far to many.

From ordering to installation it was great.
From ordering to installation it was a smooth, pleasant experience.
The salesman in store was helpful without being pushy.
The day of delivery, I had a phone call from the delivery men to say they were on the way and roughly what time they'd be with me.
They installed the bed where I wanted and took all the packaging away. I couldn't have asked for a better service and would thoroughly recommend.

The sales process was lengthy but…
The sales process was lengthy but thorough and proved to be essential. Communication while waiting for delivery was very good. Delivery was excellent, again communication from driver kept me informed. Delivery of single mattress was up two flights of stairs but was not a problem for them. Advice on care from them before they left was also useful.
