Bensons For Beds - Kilmarnock655 Bewertungen

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and offered us other similar alternatives. She explained the ins and outs of our financial agreement and offered different time scales and payment options. Overall we were extremely impressed by our assistant.

the person dealing with us was very knowledgeable in the mattress situation, made us feel at ease, the lady was called fay at the kilmarnock branch of bensons.she did her best to give us a good deal.

Staff were very helpful and discussed all the options available for the bed and bedside table that we were looking for.

great service, and professional advice from Faye.

Poor experience. Ordered a bed and mattress, initially friendly helpful staff..no terms and conditions seen, nothing signed. Had to change the order due to height of bed and access needs (did not know the mattress fitted inside the bed base losing vital inches). When we mentioned changing the order the attitude of stephen the sales person and Darren the manager totally changed. The first thing out his mouth in a rude aggressive tone was "well theres a 20% cancellation charge" this was not explained at the time of purchase. Please do not be fooled by initial 'great customer service' as when things are not straight forward they become defensive and rude rather than helpful.

Great product knowledge and no pushy sales

Friendly staff on both occasions and extremely helpful. Looking forward for my new bed to arrive!

Excellent customer service

Staff were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Whole process easy and understandable. Given plenty of time to make our choice.

Isobel was very helpful and pointed me to the correct bed frames and mattress…. She was very knowledgeable about the products and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

The mattress came with a bad mark on it. I did get it in the sale but surely a photo of it so I could see the extent would have been good

Helpful friendly member of staff. She even carried my jacket and handbag around the showroom so I could try out the beds. That’s customer service

I was really grateful for the very helpful staff member, she was very thoughtful and considerate. She took her time and made sure to explain things simply and easily. She also made sure not to overload me with options.

The member of staff couldn't have been more helpful she explained everything to us

Was approached straight way by the lovely Christian. Christian ask me all the relevant questions that's she need to know for a mattress she should me 3 relevant mattresses all were great choices would highly recommend going into the killmarnock shop in the future

The young man we dealt with (I don't have his name to hand) was very helpful. He gave us options on delivery dates, which was good as we were needing a speedy delivery. As it was we also had a range of colours to choose from too!

The lady we dealt with was very helpful and patient with us and went above and beyond to help us nothing was a bother.

Went in with my mother in law as we thought she had overpaid for a mattress and bed base. The manager was most helpful and he helped us get a better deal for a bed. His service was first class. My mother in law left with £500 back in her pocket plus a bed with headboard and drawers that she initially wanted. He definitely went over and above with his customer service.

Your employee was very attentive, listened to our needs and guided us towards several products that would fit said needs. Then he went it further detail of each product to allow us to make an informed decision. This related to mattresses, pillows and the ongoing maintenance of both. Such input persuaded to purchase another mattress and pillows for our son.

Very helpful and explained the matters and explained to use the different options
