Great mattress, delivered on time to the right room in the house.

The ladies in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasant experience.

The whole experience was good at Benson's Kendal. I have forgotten the names of the 2 assistants there but the young girl who mainly attended to me was cheerful, informative and extremely helpful in finding the right mattress and accessories at a price affordable for me. She was being overseen by an older lady and together they provided a great service. I felt like Goldilocks finding the perfect mattress for me. A happy shopping experience throughout.

Fabulous service from fabulous people. Everything went smoothly and the people involved were friendly and helpful.

Lack of communication between shop and operations meant that despite requesting delivery by small van because of narrow gates the company had to delay delivery yet again. Detailed instructions never passed on to poor old delivery men so i had to go out and find them 1 mile away. The customer doesn't matter!

Test bed provided to enable the correct choice of mattress. Good choice of beds, mattresses, headboards, duvets, pillows held in the store. Susan very helpful. Bed due to be delivered 8/3/23.

The 2 men that brought our mattress were very helpful. They took it up the 3 floors of our house. Very much appreciated and the weather was awful but they delivered with a smile

The staff are extremely helpful and very efficient. I went in they talked me through the size choices I had, went through all the measurements and totally sorted me out, with patience and great knowledge. I was seen by Sue who was amazing and then saw other staff members for the paper work, who were also excellent. Thankyou

Please do not buy beds from this company if you want a delivery on a promised date, IT WONT HAPPEN. Our delivery was put back a week. On the day before the second scheduled delivery we were told at 3pm that only 2 of the 3 items would be delivered. They couldn’t say when the rest would arrive. We have travelled 150 miles to accept these beds & now have to travel back & back again when we eventually find out when if ever the last item will arrive. Had a text 3 days ago advising exact time for delivery, but that’s just nonsense as it happens. We bought a bed in Scarborough 3 weeks ago from an independent family run company and it was delivered within 5 days.

Tina was pleasant, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my wife’s limitation due to having had a severe stroke.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Negative is that I went with a budget after looking online but all those I’d seen online were not in the shop and hubby didn’t want to buy without trying. The assistant put us on a bed first that was £1500 so anything cheaper then felt cheap compared. The result was that we ended up going massively over budget which I’m sure was the whole point.
